We were booked on the Everglades tour to see the live alligators with Safari Tours. They collected us 10 minutes late in the oldest ricketiest bus I have ever seen, with torn, dirty seats, no seat belts and windows that rattled.

As the bus was full (48 people) the charge of 55$ each amounted to 2640$. The tours go 3 times a day. For that price the tour operator should be providing a much better service with a much greater emphasis on safety, comfort and cleanliness.

That was at 12.40pm. We were dumped at Bay Side one hour and ten minutes later having collected many other people on the way. We then had a 45 minute journey in another rickety old bus with no seat belts and manky old seats. We then waited for the Gator tour in the heat whilst individuals were boarded ahead of us. When we finally boarded, the tour lasted 25 mins during which 15 mins was speeding over the water so fast you couldn't see anything. We saw precisely 2 alligators and 2 babies.

It was a very poor excuse for a tour and the worst we have ever taken and we immediately cancelled the City bus and boat tour that we had booked, the following day.

Do not take this tour company at any price! A total waste of money and of a day out.

And if I could give this no stars I would as1 star is too good.

We were picked up with a double decker coach so thought we would like to sit upstairs so we could see everything. We walked up the stairs and my son hit his head on the roof of bus. We moved downstairs and it wss very dark. We then had a lot of people get on and were standing the driver/escort said it is ok as we will transfer in 10 mins.

We then got to the transfer bus and things changed for the better. The bus was smaller and better air conditioning and better driver. He was more upbeat and happy to show us the opportunity to take photos. When we had shown us the city tour of Miami he showed us a place to eat before the boat trip.

Driver/ guide was very knowledgable and friendly. Staff at Alligator Park was funny, educational and entertaining. Tour was well organized and punctual. Definitely a great family activity! Although I recommend this for everyone.. I had the opportunity to cuddle with an alligator and see other unique animals up close and personal.

We booked the Everglades tour and the city and boat tour with Safari tours and it was a good choice. Both tour guides did a great job! and everybody on this company were very nice and helpful with their guest needs.
The tours end at Bayside marketplace, so we got to do some shopping before going back to our hotel in south beach. Loved it.

Me and my two children 10 and 13 were picked up from the hotel in Hallandale. We had to pay a little extra since my hotel is further north from their usual pick up locations but it was worth it. Our driver gave us a basic rundown of the sights as we picked up other guests from their hotels before arriving at bayside market place where we were able to look around for a bit before heading to the Everglades. The drive to the Everglades took about 45 min from downtown and once we arrived we went on the airboat ride where my children got to see lots of different wildlife including a few wild gators. After the airboat ride we enjoyed an alligator show and my kids got to see and touch the animals. We had time for lunch before heading back to the hotel.
