“Sunset Dinner”
Reviewed July 9, 2012

Arrive between 4 and 6:00 pm and you can select from their Sunset Menu. It includes an appetizer, entree and dessert. The prices range from $19.00 to about $28.00. My husband ordered from there. He started with French Onion soup. I tasted it and there was a distinct lemon flavor. It tasted sour to me, but he didn't mind the unusual flavor. His entree was the mixed seafood grille. It had a nice flavor, but very small portions. For dessert he ordered a peach melba, which was made with canned peaches. I wasn't too hungry, so I just ordered Caesar salad with shrimp ($15.50). The shrimp was warm, but not thoroughly cooked. I asked for some Parmesan cheese and it made a big difference. No anchovies, I guess that isn't part of a Caesar salad these days. In all, it was disappointing.

“A Taste of the Keys in Miami”
Reviewed May 17, 2012

Tuna's is not South Beach, it's one of the few restaurants and outdoor bars in Miami where you feel like you're in the Keys, without having to take the drive! It's like Tobacco Road and Shuckers, but the difference is a world-class chef, who came from another old- time Miami restaurant, La Paloma, (Executive Chef Rolf Felhauer) so the cuisine at Tuna's is a cut above the rest, with delicious local seafood, a raw bar, and live Maine lobster. I like Tuna's because you can sit outside, listen to live music in a relaxed atmosphere, and feel like you're in the Keys! It's a great place to meet with friends and enjoy the best of South Florida seafood. I rate Tuna's as one of my favorite, hidden-away spots in Miami. It's been around more than 35 years, so a lot of locals and old timers know about this secret!
