Description: Casa Mia Trattoria opened its doors in September 2005. We merged traditional Italian food with favorite American flavors and Casa Mia Trattoria was born. Our restaurant is a place where people can feel at home from the moment they enter the door, and where hospitality, food and service are our top priorities.

We visit Miami every year from the UK and we always look forward to Casa Mia. The staff are friendly and give great service…they even remembered what wine we like, though we haven’t been for 12 months! Ultimately it is all about the food … and for us the food is superb. Chocolate soufflé is out of this world! Be sure to give it a go.

Miami is full of owner-run restaurants, and one is always looking for the overlooked jewel. This wasn't it, notwithstanding the great garlic smell permeating the dining room. Caprese salad was acceptable, bread was warm fresh rolls, and pasta bolognese was typical of a reliable restaurant. And prices are fair. But the deal-breaker was veal something or other; with artichokes. Veal was tender and plentiful, but the sauce was artificially thickened and tasteless (think "Campbells'"), ruining what could have been a real home run. Owner will likely say he has plentfy of customers, so who cares (every restaurant in this neighborhood does, people love to eat out here and aren't demanding). But he should.

Went with my wife and children after reading all the good reviews, and I was underwhelmed. Food was good, but nothing spectacular, and prices were higher than expected.
