Unfortunately this place has been closed for over a year. This was our favorite place to have breakfast. They have been under construction for soooooo long we had to find another place to have breakfast. But, the food is good here and the service was excellent. Maybe will se you this year?

“Home Cookin'”

Good food, good prices, sometimes crowded. Remodeling now, and usually closed in the summer. They have the best onion rings I've ever had, crisp and sweet onions.

Hello, Thank you for you review. We are closed because we are renovating the restaurant. We trying to make it more efficient for us and our customers. But it has taken a lot longer than I had expected. We are trying to be open by October 2014 (finger's crossed) :) Hope you are able to enjoy our new restaurant on your next visit. Thank you, Anita

“Pleasantly Surprised!”
Reviewed March 26, 2013

Have been to Anita's twice this week. The first time it followed a cocktail party which left a group of us wanting just a light bite and stopped there. There were six of us and someone had grilled chicken breast, another meatloaf and the rest burgers and everyone enjoyed it.

The following night ended up there unexpectedly as we were all looking for a "Fish Fry" or Fish & Chips and were told by someone Anita's was the best. I have to agree it was the best I've ever had. It was light, not a heavy batter and you have a choice of Beer Batter or Southern fried. It was "all you can eat" so our waitress suggested to get one and try the other on your second serving. Needless to say, there were only two out of a large group who could eat any more than the first plate. There were two huge pieces of fish, which were so good, not the least bit greasy. The fries were also good as was the large dish of coleslaw....Price $9.99. I have to say being from New England have paid up to $17.99 for the same meal and been extremely disappointed, heavy greasy batter with very little fish inside. Anita's was the best ever & can't wait to return next year. I wish I'd discovered it my first Friday here. Also, their wait staff was great, wonderful personalities and very pleasant.
