If you want to see the water, love the sand, hoping to see turtles lay and hatch and just enjoy nature, this is the place to be! We check in on August 3 this year. So while not yet there, excitement is definitely building.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon 46 years ago on Casey Key Florida. We have been returning on vacation from Canada’s winter pretty well every year. Sometimes twice now November and April. I have to tell you that we have had the good fortune to stay in a five star hotels over the years. We have experienced good and bad management. To date far and above all places visited world wide the manager at Gulfside(Karen Armstrong) is the best we have encountered. Her attention to detail all around the facility is above and beyond. She definitely cares for the property and her clients. We have been coming to Casey Key all our lives and more recently over the past 8 years to Karen’s facility. I wish we had started earlier but we waited our turn in line to get on the limited reservation list. The location beach side is perfect and the gardens on the grounds are meticulously supervised by Karen. As lovely as it is here Karen is the reason we return each year. If you are looking for over the top care Gulfside under the direction and care of Karen Armstrong is the place to go. Regards/Tom&Mary Downing Woodstock Ontario Canada

We have found a perfect spot for a relaxing beach vacation with an Old Florida feeling. Plenty of excellent restaurants & fun shopping are near by, including farmers' markets, but Gulfside Beach Club is quiet and free from noisy distractions--only the Gulf waters and walks on the beach and sunsets and soothing views. Karen takes excellent care of the cottages and anything that may come up for her visitors. No worries. The cottages are updated and outstandingly clean. We can hardly wait to get back to Casey Key!

My family of four booked a vacation here based on word of mouth recommendation and we were blown away!!! Karen and staff ensure your stay is as if you a millionaire and this is your private island. The condos are immaculately clean, aesthetically pleasing as amenities are thoughtful and beautiful. I found myself surprised by the well planned layouts and accommodations, I couldn’t ever imagine an improvement to be made. I will make this my forever spot when vacationing in Florida!!!! The resort is quiet, welcoming, gorgeous and you could want for nothing. Thank you Karen for our gorgeous memories.

We live in the area and have been searching for cottage type lodging from Manasota Key up through Casey Key. We stumbled upon the Gulfside Beach Club and like the looks of the place, so booked a week around Memorial Day for an initial stay. We could not have been happier. Our unit was spotless, up to date and furnished nicely. The bed had a very good mattress and the re-done walk in shower was a nice touch. Access to the beach there is easy, even for someone with a crummy knee. The beach itself is quite nice, good water and no crowds, not even on Memorial Day weekend. Karen, the property manager is very easy to work with and quite conscientious. We will be back in the not too distant future for sure.

I can’t say enough about this place! It was the most relaxing and beautiful family vacation. They are so accommodating and sweet. We booked an extra day and a whole week for next year within the first hour of settling in. They have kayaks you can use and beach chairs ready to pull right out on the beach. Loved not being overcrowded on the beach! The rooms have a nice beach decor and comfortable furniture. We had a room facing the water and I can’t tell you how many naps we took on the balcony 😊. You get a lovely breeze from the water. If you are looking for a beach getaway this is definitely the place to go!
