One of our favorite places to go to eat lunch, or after dinner. Great for ocean and people watching. You can also drive on to the beach at this point. We often buy a sandwich at the Breakers Tavern and Restaurant to take out to the sheltered tables at the edge of the beach, or, if it's too cold, in our vehicle as we watch the waves roll in, the surfers and bathers doing their thing, and the cars cruising up and down on the beach. If you don't want to take your car on the beach, there is a business at the entrance to the parking lot where you can rent a sand buggie,

Nice little park for the kids. There's a tennis court right next to it. Only thing was a creepy cemetery adjacent to the park

What a wonderful area; the shopping at all the local shops is beyond wonderful. The food and the people are wonderful. Such a beautiful quaint area with access to the beach. Love the large shuffle board area where locals gather in the day. The local shops are so special.

Flagler avenue was the place to get ice-cream in the evening and stroll through all the shops, and art places during the day. The most unusual thing was the very large on deck shuffle board deck area that is used for competition and tournaments. The most enjoyable venue was The HUB. a place with lots of artists and things to see.

lots of great shops, bought presents for folks at home. Proprietors always friendly, never pushy. Great variety, found plenty to see plus stopped off for some refreshments along the way.
