“Big group Family Dinner”
Reviewed March 1, 2014

Went to Rossi's on a dinner break. Service was fast --- what we needed on a break. Nice food offerings, prepared and served very nicely. We were a rather large group, which presented them no problem --- they were able to accommodate. Highly recommended.

“It really tasted like back home in New York”
Reviewed January 23, 2014 via mobile

Really loved our large thin crust..pizza. we bought a pizza with cheese, pepperoni and mushrooms. It was reasonably priced at $16.00. It was hot and seasoned well. The person that took my order on the phone was welcoming and took all of the information correctly. They give you a number that is your order number..but I forgot it when I came to pick up my order. It was not a problem. We will return for sure. We also picked up a sample menu for future use. They have a good variety of Italian food that is reasonably priced.

“Nice little Italian Restaurant”
Reviewed December 17, 2013 via mobile

Pleased to have found a pretty good Italian restaurant without the extremely high prices. Most Italian restaurants slap the name Italian in front of them and triple the price and are not even worth McDonald's prices. This place had authentic style Italian food and just what the neighborhood needs. There recently was another that opened up close by with extremely high prices and doesn't compare to the pizza you can get here. Had a great lunch. Thank you!

“I'm giving them 5 stars because everything was perfect”
Reviewed August 29, 2013

You know the place. Everyone has one. That Little Italian Restaurant Right Around the Corner. Comfortable but upscale; excellent food; good, friendly service; not cheap, but reasonable prices. I've been looking for a place like this in New Port Richey for years, and now I can stop looking.

The tables are set a bit more close together than I would like, but it was a slow evening, and we had plenty of space for our first visit here. The dining room has subdued lighting, with brick and plank-paneled walls which give it a modern touch. Sounds are muted by the carpet underfoot.

Our waiter, Ted, was very attentive to our party of five. Drinks were served quickly, and, being first-timers, he was helpful with dinner suggestions. The menu is superb. My Clams Oreganata were excellent. Small, tender clams in a tasty breadcrumb topping are available by the half- or full-dozen. Six are just right for one person. Entrées are served with soup or salad and pasta. Five people ordered five different entrées, and no one was disappointed. My Veal Saltimbocca was light and tender, perfectly prepared. The chef’s chicken special was sautéed with garlic and topped with spinach and feta cheese. The Veal Française was delicately lemony, and we enjoyed the Chicken Siciliana, made with ham and topped with eggplant in a thick tomato sauce. The Veal Marsala had a rich wine sauce smothered with mushrooms. Our side pasta choices were ziti, linguini or angel hair pasta served with a marinara sauce or the sauce accompanying our dinners. We ended the meal with a rich, creamy cappuccino.

Toward the end of our meal, the owner stopped by our table to see that everything was satisfactory. She welcomed us as first-time visitors and encouraged us to visit again. A repeat performance will not require too much encouragement.
