The food is always consistently good - both the sushi and hibachi. It's difficult to find a sushi place that's always consistent, but Hiro's is. Their rolls always taste the same, they're always excellent. The service is usually decent and everyone who works there seems friendly. The prices are pretty reasonable too. I'm not positive, but I think the owners may be different from the ones who owned it a few years back and the place seems to have gotten much better since then. Not that it was ever bad, but sometimes the hibachi meals were a little inconsistent as far as flavor and quality (not bad, just so-so). If anyone had a bad experience here years ago, I'd advise them to give it another shot because the food really is delicious.
