This is a beautiful uncrowded beach. But in Sept the flies will eat you alive. When the flies are not biting you, the jelly fish will attack.

Wow! First time back since 2001. Moved here in 1985 and raised our kids here. There was a 4 way stop sign at Hwy 87 & 98. No traffic, 1 small store "Dixie Dandy" where I worked. Took the kids to the Sound almost everyday after school. Our son when in high school worked at Sailors Grill & played volleyball there. It was just about the only building standing after Hurricanes Erin & Opal. Now it is 2013. Had breakfast here...delicious! Sticky buns a must. Views are still breathtaking, Tiki bar is a lot of fun. Beaches are amazing....For me, memories of a lifetime!!!

Great free public beach! Facilities are nice and it is so convenient! Nothing beats the clear waters and white sand beaches of the Gulf Coast!

We have been here at the Beach Park at the easter part of Navarre just out of curiosity, and have been rewarded with a part of the beach with good distance to the hotels, very few people come here, at least on this wednesday. Enough parking space, restrooms, showera, big patios with tables and benches and grills for bbq, and everything for free. The beach and water are among the most beautiful I've seen. White and turquois and blue sky. It is really paradise. ENJOY !!!!
