“Old fashioned charm”
Reviewed September 22, 2013

While I prefer all the modern comforts and facilities of chain hotels, I was still charmed by this B&B. Great location and nice large clean rooms, the pool was a little small and we didn't get to actually use it as it rained a lot, but overall very pleased with this hotel.

The room itself had a large comfy bed and a little kitchen area. The porch outside each room was a nice touch, and it was great to enjoy the free breakfast sitting there enjoying the view of the gardens. There was a house plant in our room which was a little strange but in keeping with the theme of the hotel. The staff were friendly and even offered advice on where to go which is a nice touch for tourists. Overall a good little find.

Room Tip: Go for the king bed if you can- very comfy!

I guess my review will be a little different because I was not there on vacation - I am a local resident and stayed at the Lemon Tree while some work was being done on my house. Of course I knew of the hotel because it is very near to my house, but I had never been inside. I was instantly charmed by the beautiful courtyard garden surrounding the pool and gazebo in the center, and I was delighted with my room, as it had been recently remodeled. The location is ideal, within walking distance to 5th Ave, and several restaurants within a matter of blocks. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the property, and the staff were wonderful, friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again, and will recommend it to all of my visiting family members and friends. Oh - and did I mention you can walk to Naples' beautiful, award winning beach?

On arrival in Naples we drove past what appeared to be a nice place to stay the evening. On entering the reception area we were greeted by an extremely helpful receptionist who went out of her way to be polite, honest and and as previously said "Helpful"!

Prior to us committing to a room the receptionist offered us to view several rooms that may have been of interest. On each occasion I may have come across as being negative (Negativity non intentional) however this Lady continued to go out of her way to ensure we had the very best of service.

Rooms are of a good size and very comfortable. There is a breakfast laid on in the morning, but not for me.

Location? Perfect, within walking distance of everything!

If I ever visit Naples again, I know where I'll be staying!

Found them on Trip Advisor and was not disappointed. Very clean, affordable and centrally located to the shops, restaurants and bars on 5th Ave. Reminds me of Key West. Nice little gazebo in the middle of the grounds for the guests. Would suggest more offerings for the continenal breakfast. Also more coffee. That is the only real negative.

Very elegant motel. Restaurants, shops and beach within walking distance. Lovely renovated room, super clean, tiles that look like hard wood floor. A ton of TV channels. Pool area in the middle of a lush green garden. The best place to be when in Naples.
Very good value.

Room Tip: You may ask for a room with your own patio.

My then fiance and I stayed here last May 2013 for 3 nights. We found the rooms very clean, very friendly staff who were more than willing to explain local area, the area is very Central, ( Large Pharmacy/ food store 2 min walk away) Naples is amazing!!! We had a very relaxing adventure before heading to a crazy Miami!!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights (29th July to 1st Aug 2013).Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised by the reception area and the staff on duty, it was a totally relaxed atmosphere. The room itself was like the Tardis, it appears small on the outside, but very roomy on the inside.
All the services provided were of a good quality, very clean/spotless.
They have a lovely garden that all the rooms look onto, full of palms & flowers, which during the evening with the lighting provided, you'd be lulled into thinking you are in the Bahamas.
The location is second to none, only a few minutes to the old town center/Tin City/5th Avenue but at the same time you can escape to the little oasis of the garden, sit in the lovely chairs provided outside your room and chill.
This hotel is much more & you get "more bang for your buck" than any hotel I've stayed at before.
The staff are great, nothing is too much trouble, whether booking you a trip or just getting you some towels, they are a credit to the owners.

Room Tip: Stayed in room 114, no noise issues and a lovely view in the evening. this is a single story hotel.
