My husband and I have stayed at the Residence Inn at Naples many time. This time we were there for two weeks. Let me tell you that the place is immaculate and very up to date. The beds are also very comfortable. The staff are the best every and would bend over backwards to make sure you have a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed the managers dinner on the weeknights, very tasty and plenty to eat. You are only a few minutes from many beaches including our favorite Vanderbilt Beach. Naples is a beautiful city with plenty to do and such a pleasure to visit

Room Tip: We love the first floor as it is close to the pool.

Stayed for one night and everything was great. The breakfast in the morning was better than other hotels. I went down to the main lobby to exchange the TV remote (which all it needed was new batteries) and by the time I walked back to the room The maintanence man was there with another remote.

Room Tip: Just remember all the rooms have just a queen size bed

This is great hotel for kids. Free breakfast, BBQ on certain nights and wine for parents.
There is a basketball court that is kept lit until 10pm every night so you will hear anyone playing ball if you are facing poolside.
Hotel is upgraded and nice but it you want quiet ask for a room way off Route 41 and NOT facing the pool.
The staff are friendly and efficient especially Chelsea.
I was looking for an adult hotel with more peace and quiet. This is not the place for reading quietly in your room.
The windows are so thin that it sounds as if they are open all the time.
Normally, I would be at the beach during the day but it was too windy and cool for beach so the hotel was the best option.

Room Tip: for quiet ask for room facing back of hotel

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We apologize that you felt there was too much noise to relax during your stay. We do try to provide a enjoyable place for young adults as well as mature adults. We do close the pool area and basketball area by 10 PM each night and only open the area up after breakfast hours are over, hopefully providing a quiet time during sleeping hours. Too bad the weather did not cooperate with you so you could have enjoyed some beach time. We really appreciate you staying with us and also appreciate your feedback, it helps us fine tune the things that we can to make it a great place to stay.

We had reserved a suite to be my sister's in Naples. The location was perfect. Check in was smooth. And our room was very comfortable. The beds were SUPER comfortable. Having had a rough week we all slept great. The breakfast options were good as well. I will recommend this Inn to anyone that is looking to stay in this area in Naples. I wish our purpose of travel were more pleasant (we were in Naples due to a death in the family) but our the stay in Residence Inn was indeed a pleasant one.

This is a typical Marriott Residence Inn highway hotel located along busy Route 41 (Tamiani Trail). It looks recently renovated. My husband and I brought my mom for a week-long stay in March and everyone on staff was very accommodating. A two bedroom unit on the first floor to accommodate the disabled was a godsend. It had a lower queen-sized bed in one bedroom, which made it easier for Mom to get into and out of, and an accessible bathroom and shower. We just used the refrigerator to store dinner leftovers and the microwave to warm them up, but you could cook a family meal in the small but adequate kitchen. At home, we wait until the dishwasher is full before we run it. Here, housekeeping staff ran the dishwasher each morning without our asking.

Breakfast is a scene, especially when the hotel is full. Mention free food and people get a little crazy. Yet, everything remained stocked. Monday through Wednesday there are theme dinners, also free. Get there early. We arrived one night with only about 15-minutes left and there wasn't much left.

The pool area was a popular place to hang out, read, and enjoy the quiet, which was surprising, since this hotel is right off a busy highway. Security is key, no pun intended, as you need your key card to go into any section of the hotel, including the lobby during meal times, which is understandable.

Check-in and check-out were a breeze and the employees at the desk inquired about Mom to make sure she was comfortable during our stay. This hotel is fully booked during the season. Now I know why. Reasonably priced, which includes breakfast and some dinners; clean and comfortable rooms; friendly staff; nice pool and small spa/whirlpool; plenty of parking; a quick drive to beaches and Fifth Avenue's shops and restaurants make this an excellent choice, especially for families of any composition.

We stayed for 3 days at the Residence Inn. Good location , good value and very friendly service.
I was careless enough to leave an important notebook with sensitive data and a jacket in the room when I checked out. I called the next morning and John, the Housekeeping Manager could not have been more helpful. He recovered the notebook and called me 3 times to keep me posted of the efforts to locate the notebook and then arranged to have the items sent to Canada by UPS and the y were there when I got home.
How is that for service? I am most impressed.

My wife and I stayed at the Naples Residence in for a few days, our fifth or so stay there over the last four years. We've liked it in the past, but it seemed a bit off this time.

While the some of the rooms were remodeled (for example, our suite had its kitchenette redone very nicely), other things weren't as good. For example, our sofa was covered in a plastic-like fabric that made it very unconfortable. I know they want to protect against wear and water, but do they need to use plastic?? Also, our bed was one of the most saggy ones we've had recently in a hotel. And, while they replace the pool furniture since we were there last, the new lounges are very uncomfortable, with a bar that hits the butt at the wrong place.

Also, it just didn't seem as well kept. The common areas weren't as clean as they used to be, especially around breakfast time (although the sweet breakfast lady did her best to keep up, but I think they were short staffed). Front desk not particularly friendly, and we got scolded by the housekeeper about checking out in time - if checkout time is noon, the housekeepers ought not hassle you if you're still there at 9:30...

The place was very busy, and that may have had something to do with it. But, while that may explain some of the people issues, it doesn't make up for the comfort points.

Room Tip: Do pool view; quieter and newer interiors than the outside rooms.

Thank you for your feedback about our property. I apologize that you had some unpleasant experiences during your stay. We are starting to update the property and the new couches you described are part of the updates. I apologize that you found it uncomfortable, as we are replacing the couches to provide a better look and feel to the room. I feel bad that you had an uncomfortable bed, and I wish you had mentioned something during your stay, and we would have certainly replaced the matress with another one that would have more comfortable to your liking within minutes of your request. Please know that we do appreciate your feedback as it helps us to continue making improvements all with the importance of our guests in mind.
thank you again.
