    Excellent breakfast, pool and staff

    Just stayed here for a family graduation. Our family had 8 rooms. They gave us a very good rate. The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed spending time in the pool. The staff were very accomidating, We spent 3 nights enjoying family and the hotel. I would highly recommend staying here.

    Right on Track!

    You can typically count on Residence Inn to give you a clean comfortable stay with an expanded room. This location was easy to find and everything went well. The pool area was nice. breakfast good too.

    A Nice Place to Stay

    This was just a quick 3-day weekend jaunt from the east coast of Florida to the west coast. My experience with Residence Inns has been mostly positive, so we gave this hotel a try. Check-in was quick and easy. My room was ready and set up as I had requested. The best part of these hotels is the complimentary breakfast. There was a pretty good variety of foods, although scrambled eggs could be replaced with either fried eggs or omelets. I liked the turkey bacon that was served my first morning. It was a nice departure from the sausage patties that are usually served. I would also like a better variety of cold cereals.
    The workout room was adequate for my needs. The 2 bedroom suite was roomy and comfortable. We will definitely return at a later date.

    Nice Hotel, Clean Rooms, Friendly Staff

    Stayed here for two nights in late-may with my girlfriend and her parents, so we booked the two bedroom suite. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and the breakfast was fine. Pool was nice and whilst we didn't attend the BBQ night, we could see it was a hit with other guests.

    Air conditioning make quite a noise when it kicked in, but being in the mid 90's was just glad it was on and working.

    Stayed here to visit the Big Cypress park (20 mins) and take a boat tour (5 mins to harbour). Being on US41 made getting around quite easy.

    Naples is a nice place, particularly the historic downtown which was stunning.

    Just know which room to ask for...

    We had a great two day stay! Our recommendation is to ask for a room on the West side of the complex NOT facing the inner-pool and recreation area. Middle of the week was ideal for child-less couple because when the weekend came around - boy! There were the little Gremlins everywhere! Our room was on the east side of the building facing the basketball court. People really like to start to play basketball early in the morning. The pool was a busy area at all times. Our room was clean and our housekeeping staff top rate. Front desk was excellent by sending us a fan when one was requested. Food was good. We like Residence Inns and this one we found to be superior in Housekeeping Staff and make-over service.
    GO TO CLAM BEACH!

    Room Tip: West side of complex NOT facing inner pool and recreation area.

    Hello Wendy! Thank you for taking time to write about your recent visit. It is great to read about all the good things you like about Residence Inn, especially our housekeeping service, front desk staff, and food service. However, I am very sorry to learn about the early morning basketball playing / disturbance. Our Sports Court hours are 9:30am - 10:00pm weekdays, and 10:30am - 10:00pm on weekends. Our staff is trained to enforce these hours, and we do not provide guests with balls or rackets when the court is closed. It is possible that a guest brought their own basketball and was not aware of sports court hours. If this was the case, then our staff must do a better job of paying attention to both pool and sports court activity in order to prevent future incidents. We really appreciate your review, and will use your feedback to improve our service. Thanks again, and we hope to see you back soon!
