I went down for 3 nights and 4 day with my teen age granddaughters and my daughter, and had a fantastic time..the beach is long and smooth and soft..the waves all afternoon were perfect for boggy boarding...the resort is spotless and the food service for breakfast and lunch is fast and tasty..our rooms were comfortable and connecting..we really had such fun at theis hotel

Room Tip: get a room overlooking the ocean and not the inner garden

Attended a three day conference held at the Ritz Naples. Stayed in a Club Gulf view king room. Room/bathroom was immaculate and very spacious. The view of the Gulf from the balcony was spectacular..especially at sunrise/sunset. The Club Lounge staff went out of their way to be accomodating and kept the beverage/food fresh and replenished. Public areas are beautifully designed and decorated (as at most Ritz hotels). We met for drinks in the bar a few nights during the conference and the bartenders were wonderful with lots of unique drink suggestions. All in all a great stay ...will plan to return to the hotel for a winter vacation.

Just spent four days here.

The resort is really great. The service is top-notch and the people are all nice and make exceptional effort to promote the vacation atmosphere. Also the grounds are beautiful--palm trees, walkways, dunes and appointments are all bright and cheery.

The pool and beach are both luxurious and have a resort feel to them--food, drink and service are ubiquitous.

There is a spa (wife said it was nice). There are also few shops that have some nice things.

There are several restaurants. While they are nice (Bites in the lobby is the best experience) we thought they could use a refresh. The dark, enclosed feel of The Grill and The Sushi Bar make them a bit tired and inconsistent with a Gulf Shore environment. The Terrace is nice outside but unappealing inside.

In general, we'll wind-up back there, but I'll hope for a modest decor update prior to rescheduling. :)

I've been to the Rtiz twice, once for business, once for pleasure, and have loved it both times. The guest rooms are gorgeous - large and well-maintained. The food was excellent as well. I recommend spending a good amount of time at the spa - the spa's outdoor mineral water pool, hot tub, plunge pool, and other facilities are excellent. I had a regular massage and a hot stone massage and they were both heavenly. Expect to pay a lot for food, spa services, and other extras. All in all a great place to stay, I would go back anytime.

My husband and I just returned from a weekend at the Ritz Carlton in Naples, Florida. The service and attitude of this hotel is impeccable. A lovely escape from the cares and concerns of our busy lives! The Ritz is expensive but well worth it!
