We stayed here 2 nights first week of January, 2013. (Initially used the actual address with GPS, but that doesn't work, took us to the middle on nowhere - saw later on their website that you have to use Tamiami Trail address.) It was nicer than expected, with really lovely grounds and pool area. There are beautiful fish in the ponds along the walkways. We had a second level room overlooking the pool. The bathroom was small, but still nice and updated and overall the room was fine (2 dble beds, small table and 2 chairs). Air conditioner was too loud for us to sleep, so we had to turn it off at night. Mini fridge had a little freezer that worked great for ice cubes and ice cream. Small balcony off the room was nice, with 2 chairs. The pool was on the cool side, but being hardy Canadians we still used it (the weather was 79 - 86F when we were there). It was nice having breakfast around the pool and tiki hut in the morning, and there were enough choices to find at least something for everyone, including a protein source of cold, hard boiled eggs. (If anyone from the hotel reads this, plain, unsweetened yogurt and a good whole wheat bread would be nice additions.) The ladies were very pleasant and kept it the area clean and well-stocked. Bonus of a good selection of all kinds of movies in the lobby that you can check out for free to watch in your room, which was good for evenings. Good pizza place very close and and the nicest Publix nearby (could easily walk to both). Naples is such a beautiful and clean city (just had to get used to paying for parking everywhere!). Will stay again.

We stayed here only one night- arriving late evening and leaving early morning so this review is truly only based on our limited stay and interaction with the staff.

Overall we would call it an average stay at an average motel for an average price.
There was some confusion when we arrived and the front desk couldn't find our reservations- oops it was just under my name instead of my wife's.... But they weren't very nice about it.

The room was a nice size, we had a suite. It was clean. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and the pillows worse. But we only needed a one night stay before heading to the Everglades so it wasn't too bad. The restaurant wasn't open so we can't speak towards that.

Was just enjoying a "driving and stopping whenever you feel like it" kind of vacation and we hit Naples, Florida and thought ok lets stop for the night.
Saw the Best Western, and so far never gone wrong staying at them.....but this one was amazing!!!!
Beautiful set up of the rooms, and the patio doors open onto a tropical paradise complete with huge pool and hot tub and to top it off in the mornings the free breakfast was served outside in the gazebo arund the pool!!!!
Staff was fantastic, room was fantastic and exterior was fantastic!!!!!

Room Tip: ask for one of the rooms that open up onto the pool, main level, or upper if you prefer to look down...

Really nice hotel, absolutely one of the best we stayed in on our trip round Florida. Very nice and helpfull staff, fantastic room with lots of space for a family of 4.
Good breakfast served by the pool, and the minigolf course was an absolute hit.
If we ever come to Naples again, we will stay at this hotel. We hereby give the hotel and staff our warmest recommendation.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the pool area at the end of the proberty - easy acces from the road outside

We have visted this hotel several times during the last fifteen years. It is an unexpected oasis in Naples along the Tamiami Trail. The hotel provides rooms and suites all of which are immaculately clean and well presented and an extensive buffet breakfast is provided. There are two pools on site and these are surrounded by well maintained gardens that have evolved over the years and now have several pools containing many large carp and other smaller fish. There is free Wfi on site and DVDs and books are available in the lobby. All the staff we met were very cheerful and helpful. The hotel is close to historic downtown Naples, Naples Fisherman's Pier (where you see the dolphins and pelicans),Tin City and several town beaches (you will need 25 cent coins for the meters at beach car parks - 25 cents only lasts 10 minutes so take a lot). Make sure you visit Miramar Beach at sunset - it is fabulous. Finally the hotel is located on the main the Tamamia Trail - it is not difficult to find. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Room Tip: Try and get a room on the second storey overlooking the pool.

I love the ambiance of the hotel with its colorful vegetation, and two swimming/whirlpools to select from. The room value is excellent, it was recently refurbished and the cleaning staff does a great job. I have been here in the past and will definitely return in the future.
