Description: A stylized sort of nautical setting, USS Nemo's cool, comfortable blue interior gives one just a hint of the old "Voyage to the Bottom of Sea" motif with round brass portholes and a mock periscope, or "eye peeper thing," as Kylie called it. The menu definitely appeals to those with a taste for the exotic as it successfully marries a seafood cornucopia with Asian cuisine. The service is impeccable and the entrees are styled in drop-dead gorgeous fashion. The Bento Boxes are marvelous conversation starters. Even the pickled ginger is made to look like a piece of art. Salmon Pie is an elegant affair that elicits "Oohs" and "Ahs" as it arrives so picturesquely presented. The salmon is wrapped in phillo dough and stuffed with mushrooms, spinach and dill sauce - a true taste sensation next to a side salad topped with a tropical fruit medley. It's easy to see why USS Nemo is popular with the going places crowd. And don't forget to try the Sake Bar. We also have an extensive wine list.

We researched carefully before coming to Naples, as we were anxious for good seafood in our short stay here - coming from the desert with limited choices! The USS Nemo is a remarkable experience in a strip mall outside the "touristy" area of Naples - you will almost certainly have to drive here from your lodging rather than just stroll, but don't let that stop you. We had a very fine lunch (and consider going for lunch, prices go up at dinner) in mid-week, and reserved ahead - there were few emply tables when we arrived at 1 pm and we were glad we had taken the trouble. The Pepper Jelly Crispy Calamari was intriguing, although I think I will try the "regular" version next time - the pepper jelly sauce reduces the crunch! My partner had the "signature Miso broiled sea bass, and I chose the grilled yellowtail snapper with sautéed artichoke hearts - both were excellent. Wine by the glass is reasonably priced, and there are some reasonable bottles as well, along with others well over three figures. We were surprised to see "poutine" on the menu (in its standard Canadian form, a concoction of chicken gravy and cheese over French fries, here more upscale, with, for example, Spanish chorizo), and then we realized we had seen dozens of Ontario license plates, and this must be a popular "home away from home" dish."

There are some outside tables, but we chose to be inside away from the humidity and the traffic on 41. The atmosphere is calm, service is good, and high fives to management for very nice unisex toilet facilities! Beam me back down, Captain Nemo!

Very small restaurant in a strip mall. This is our second time there. You do need a reservation at least a few days in advance. We have always had great food.Place is very busy but service was excellent. We started out with fried calmari which was cooked just right. My son had yellow snapper with wok veggies and steamed rice which he loved. My husband had macadamia coated mahi mahi which he raved about. I had snapper on a house salad and it was good but wish I had more of an appetite for Chilean Miso sea bass which is very popular. Will be back!

Located in a colorless strip on US 41, this charming and colorfully decorated nautically themed restaurant proves that an out of the way location will never interfere with those seeking fine dining. The speciality Miso Sea Bass had lovely flavor layers and is one of 3 top menu specials. A dining companion had top sirloin that was as tender as any available at big name steak houses. Not all was perfect. While the main course was pleasingly hot and served rather more quickly than expected, the soup was overlooked and never did arrive. The Inside tables are very close together, with the outside tables not much better, but no one seemed to mind in a place where seafood rules. Be sure to book well in advance; it's sold out every night during the season.

picked this location because of reviews from trip advisor and location near the hotel we were staying at. Sat outside on the sidewalk- and enjoyed our dinner. Menu was a bit different from our normal choices but we found something that we liked and enjoyed it very much.

Food is excellent, service is ok. The place is busy, cramped and loud. Really wanted a martini but in served Saki. I was told a Saki martini is awesome.....don't believe it. Yuk.
