Description: A stylized sort of nautical setting, USS Nemo's cool, comfortable blue interior gives one just a hint of the old "Voyage to the Bottom of Sea" motif with round brass portholes and a mock periscope, or "eye peeper thing," as Kylie called it. The menu definitely appeals to those with a taste for the exotic as it successfully marries a seafood cornucopia with Asian cuisine. The service is impeccable and the entrees are styled in drop-dead gorgeous fashion. The Bento Boxes are marvelous conversation starters. Even the pickled ginger is made to look like a piece of art. Salmon Pie is an elegant affair that elicits "Oohs" and "Ahs" as it arrives so picturesquely presented. The salmon is wrapped in phillo dough and stuffed with mushrooms, spinach and dill sauce - a true taste sensation next to a side salad topped with a tropical fruit medley. It's easy to see why USS Nemo is popular with the going places crowd. And don't forget to try the Sake Bar. We also have an extensive wine list.

“Unique, delicious food pairings”
Reviewed February 12, 2014

We recently visited USS Nemo's for dinner. I had heard that the miso sea bass was the dish to try but after looking at the menu, I opted for the Blue Tuna Western style which was a great choice, aside from a few too many peppercorns. My husband and I split this dish along with the pepper jelly shrimp (absolutely amazing) and the lobster soup (also delicious) The tuna was a very large portion, plenty to split for two people along with the appetizers.
One person in our party did order the sea bass and was raving about it the entire evening.
I loved the pairings of Japanese, French, and Canadian twists on dishes. Next time I am in Naples, I will go back!

“fab sea bass”
Reviewed February 10, 2014

We always come here when we are in or near Naples.Their signature miso sea bass is amazing.Absolutely delish, probably the best fish I have ever eaten !.My husband gets a delish steak. The sea bass has yummy sides too like carrot tempura and you can either have mashed potatoes or rice. They have interesting salads also.We actually prefer to sit outside as the place is always packed and kind of a madhouse. You HAVE to have a res sometimes a couple of days in advance. The outside area is quite private even though the place is in a strip mall with a parking lot in front. They have screened it off with umbrellas and stuff. They have reasonable house winethat's a nice pour.Great now we'll never get in!LOL!

“Great place to eat”
Reviewed February 10, 2014 via mobile

We started with the pear & goat cheese salad. Our main entree was the sea bass which was outstanding. Our server Stefan was excellent which made our dinner a memorable evening. We highly recommend going there. However you will need reservations

“One of the best”
Reviewed February 9, 2014

We booked a reservation the week before we came down for our annual trip. We got there just in time and were promptly seated at a perfect table for two in the back corner of the restaurant. We shared the foie gras appetizer which was perfectly done and more than enough for two. We then were served our favorite entree, the Miso Sea Bass which was accompanied by tempura carrots and asparagus on a bed of mashed potatoes. Our waitress, Alexandra, had the sommelier recommend wines to accompany each course. The suggested wines were an excellent complement. The restaurant was filled but our service was superb. When visiting Naples, dinner here is a must.

“Get a reservation ASAP”
Reviewed February 8, 2014 via mobile

Even with a reservation for six people and arriving exactly on time, we had to wait a while, but there were dozens clogging the outdoor area, who .i guess thought they could get in without a reservation? I don't know. Once inside, expect terrific service and unbelievable seafood. We live in FL, and there was seafood on their menu I had never tried (eg., branzino or hog fish). Each of us ordered a different dish and shared bites. No clinkers. And VERY reasonably price for Naples in the high season. Would go back in a heartbeat!
