We recently visited USS Nemo's for dinner. I had heard that the miso sea bass was the dish to try but after looking at the menu, I opted for the Blue Tuna Western style which was a great choice, aside from a few too many peppercorns. My husband and I split this dish along with the pepper jelly shrimp (absolutely amazing) and the lobster soup (also delicious) The tuna was a very large portion, plenty to split for two people along with the appetizers.
One person in our party did order the sea bass and was raving about it the entire evening.
I loved the pairings of Japanese, French, and Canadian twists on dishes. Next time I am in Naples, I will go back!
