We stayed in a one-bedroom canal view suite, and found it to be spacious and well-appointed. The service before and during the stay was attentive. We enjoyed the spa, which was very relaxing. Our favorite part of the trip was the pool cabana! I think our least favorite part was leaving!
I had been nervous that the location near the main road would cause noise or be otherwise less restful than a different resort further set back, but in fact we hardly noticed it. It was really convenient to be such a short drive from 5th Ave.

We stayed at Naples Bay Resort for five nights during May. Everything about our stay was excellent. The room was beautiful...the people at the front desk were very nice......and the concierge manager (Marilyn) was very helpful with resturant recommendations and reservations. Hope to go back again in the future.

We had a great room overlooking the Marina. Our one bedroom unit had a full kitchen that was stocked with good quality appliances ,pots, dishes and glassware. We did not do any cooking but easily could have. We do like the convenience of having a full size fridge with icemaker and a stove to boil water. The furniture was comfortable, The bed was great. We loved the bathroom configuration with several doors that could close off the two toilets but still allow the other person to take a shower or bath. We also loved having a washing machine and dryer in our unit that we did use after an unfortunate spill at dinner.

The entire staff were wonderful but there were a few standouts that were exceptional. Doug is the guy who meets you at the front door, parks your car, takes your luggage and I imagine, anything else you may ask of him. He was very helpful with local information and just a nice guy. Sophie at the desk also did everyhing she could to make us happy. When I did not find a tea kettle in the room she made some calls and said she would do her best. When we returned to our room there was a brand new tea kettle. I really would not be surprised if she went and bought it herself! Marilyn the concierge is a gem. She suggested some restaurants that were perfect for us. One night, she even had desert sent over on her.

The hotel itself is located very near shopping, the beach and many restaurants but you still need to drive. Another good tip is after mothers day it is the off season so you will find many bargains in town. Many restaurants offer greatly reduced prices, and even the Italian ceramiche shop was offering 40 to 50 percent off! The down side to off season is there were very few peple at the hotel to interact with and businesses in general seemed slow.

Overall, we had a great stay and would gladly come back.

It was an amazing stay. The hotel is beautiful and rooms are large. The property is divided into cottages and the hotel. The pool area and spa is a very short walk (1and 1/2 blocks) from the hotel and on the cottages property. There is a daily "resort fee" of $20 added onto your room rate. It does say this in the fine print when you make the reservation but is good to know this upfront. There is also an additional charge if you wish to upgrade to a marina view.

We stayed at the hotel and did upgrade to the marina view. Staff was amazing and helpful. Everyone we encountered were great. Anything I could wish for was at my fingertips. The hotel will shuttle to and from the beach, If you wish to transport yourself they provide chairs and anything else you may need. We also rented a boat from the dockmaster at the marina and he was helpful.

The rooms are enormous with two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The master suite has a large jacuzzi tub, two person shower and walk in closet. The master and the living area walk out to a balcony with lovely furniture to sit on and enjoy breakfast or drinks. The kitchen is fully stocked with top of the line appliances including a side by side refrigerator, dishwasher and even a great blender to make margaritas. Granite and cherry wood are everywhere. There are3 flat screen televisions, a bose wave stereo and a small washer and dryer in the room.

The pool area has a lazy river with tubes provided by the hotel. We also used the hot tub and adult pool. The waterfall added a nice touch as we lay out on one of the many lounge chairs. There is food and drink service during the day.
, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Staff was wonderful! We had a jacuzzi suite for our honeymoon it was very large, full kitchen. Brought us champagne to the room, made it a very memorable night! Resort is large enough you don't even need to leave. Bonefish was delicious food and reasonable prices for a romantic dinner! Great views, great staff, great food, we would refer anyone!!
