We stayed at the Resort for our Anniversary back in August and from the time we arrived to the time we left we had an amazing time. We rented a cabana and Bobby was just so amazing to us. She went up and beyond to make our day special. Michael was awesome he made sure we had everything we needed. I also took advantage of the Spa and it was the best massage I have had in years. Every person that I came into contact with at the resort was very friendly and very helpful. We will be going back with our children so they can also experience the beautiful resort. I want to thank everyone at the Naples Bay Report for making our stay a memorable one. I want to say a special thank you to Bobby for everything she did for us. You were awesome!

We were here this past weekend, we had a superior king marina room. Loved the room, the staff, Pierre was outstanding. Mark was very helpful, Yerika also . We enjoyed the pool , the lazy river the staff was efficient and friendly . Incredible Stay this is our new favorite place EVER. I can't say enough good things about the hotel. The only thing I can say that could possibly be improved upon is probably not even worth mentioning , the walls near the elevator by room 202 were pretty scuffed, when i noticed a light out friday night, saturday morning it was already fixed. They are right on top of their game in each and every way. I know hotels and this was top of the line.
Our View was so pretty, pics included the bed was like sleeping on a cloud our robes were really comfy . I have stayed and worked in many hotels this was by far the best. When we asked for extra cream for our coffee they were so fast even with bowls . The bellman too. Love this hotel. To the staff at Naples Bay Resort : Bravo! This is a shining example of service , head and shoulders above the rest . Thanks again for a wonderful stay, we cannot wait to return. I know this was long but I am extremely impressed.

We chose this resort strictly with taking our dog along on Labor Day weekend getaway. I made my reservation through the resort and was make aware of a FL resident offer that included a buffet breakfast each morning. There was no additional pet charge or cleaning fee. You do sign a waiver for $100 per day charge if there is damage. We took her crate with us and she was in there when we weren't in the room.
Upon arrival, there was no valet or bell person outside, so we parked in a spot in front noting that they all said "valet parking". Not a problem since check-in was easy and we moved to the underground garage near the elevator.
Our room, 238, was an upgrade to a marina view, but it was the first off the lobby. I was afraid since we had our dog with us there would be lots of noise and she would bark. But, the room was quiet.
Unfortunately the ice maker in the small fridge was broken, and the part was on order. So each time we wanted ice, we needed to call the desk. They did bring ice promptly and were great when we asked for additional to ice our cooler the morning we departed.
We asked the front desk to notify housekeeping for extra towels, but the request was never filled. One evening when showering, my husband's clean bath towel was damp. Housekeeping replaced it earlier in the day and should have noticed it was not dry.
The bed was wonderful, very comfortable. The TV could have been larger than a 32" since it was mounted on the opposite wall from the bed. No HBO or other similar channel, a bummer.
The bathroom had only one sink and small counter space, but there were cabinets under with shelves. The walk-in shower had numerous spots of mold and mildew, ick!
The resort is long and narrow so there is much walking to get anywhere you want to go. There is a shuttle to the resort pool and spa but we chose to walk most of the time. The pool is nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We learned where the shade was most of the day, found lounges and had lunch delivered to us.
The buffet breakfast is the usual. It is staffed with someone to make omelets, eggs and waffles. Under the chafers; sausage, bacon, potatoes. The woman who runs The Yacht Club room is a gem! She is fabulous.
We only took the car out of the garage once during our three night stay. We enjoyed walking to Tin City and 5th Avenue. So did our dog since Naples is very pet friendly.
Bonefish is connected to the hotel and we enjoyed a late night dinner at the bar. The resort should let guests know the hours of operation. Tin City shuts down early and we ordered a pizza one night. Wish we had known Bonefish was open.
We had plenty of water pressure and hot water.
When we checked out, we were asked if we enjoyed our stay. My "OK" reply prompted her to inquire. With the mold and ice machine issue, she issued us a $50.00 credit.
We would visit again, but only if there was a special rate offered.

Wanting to experience something different for this labor day weekend, we came across this resort which offered a boating package. A couple of things to note:
1. You do not have access to the boat all the nights of your stay, unless you want them for 4hrs each.
2. If you want one full day, you will have to forfeit a half day. (4 hrs was not enough, because you loose about 30 min each way in the canals.
3. You pay for gas. (Not Cheap)
4. Get the center-console boat.
Note to Hotel Management ( Offer multiple full day options, even if it cost more.)
Resort and Rooms
The resort was clean and staff were friendly. But it did not seem genuine, you pretty much had to be in front of them for them to acknowledge you. Nothing was proactive; a detail you see at the Ritz or Waldorf. We had a problem with the water pressure of the shower and issues with the toilets. Room was overall clean and nicely decorated, but we found some stains on the bed cushions. Also be sure to get a one bed room with a kitchen, because they do not offer room service.
Conclusion
If you want a resort that offers something a little different, this pace is good to try once. They have a lot of issues they need to address. I'm only saying you should try it once because the boat package was pretty convenient and cost effective. But other than that, for the $300+ a night stay, you have a lot better options in Naples.

Very nice resort from the beginning at the valet to the end. The only thing is that I wasn't aware it was a pet friendly hotel and we smelled pee on the 2nd floor hallway rug. But the room was nice with view of the marina and being able to rent a boat right there was very nice and easy. The club house pool and bar was good enjoyed food and drinks there and lazy river was cool even though a bit small lol

Naples Bay Resort is pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us. We are a pet friendly resort and take pride in the fact that we thoroughly clean each room after our dogs visit. We have deep cleaned the 2nd floor hallway rug and to ensure that the hallway smells fresh at all times. I will pass along how much you enjoyed the food, drinks and Lazy River. We look forward to your next visit.

For the price you would expect hot water and water preasure in bathrooms. Called several times to get it fixed but no one ever showed up. We also rented cabannas for two days. They were supposed to include water, beverages and a fruit plate, but we had to insist to get them sent over to us, and the first day fruit platter never showed up. To top everything up we had a $45 charge in the pool bar that we didnt have. When I asked for a proof of charge while settling the bill they brought a receipt with our room number but no signature

MANY small ants in the kitchen area. When we called in, a guy came with a bottle of raid, but that didn't do anything. They said an exterminator would be out the next day, but that never happened. When I was in the room while housekeeping was there, I saw the maids go from changing the sheets in the bedroom and cleaning the bathroom, right to unloading the dishwasher. It was disgusting because their hands were filthy! The glasses and plates that they put away were still dirty. After that we never wanted to even use the kitchen at all.

The manager, Trisha, sucks. She never came out to apologize. Don't waste you're time with her.

The beach shuttle isn't good, either. They have chairs in the truck, but it's first come first serve. There were never any left, even when we requested to leave to go to the beach at 10 am. We ended up just driving ourselves.

Overall, it's not worth going here. You're better off staying at a Marriott, especially the one in Marco Island! We spend the day there and LOVED it, we wish we could've stayed there instead.

So my family and I learned a lesson, and that was to just stick to Marriotts.
