As ususal it was great. We have been here so many times and every time is the same "Awesome".
The service is outstanding, the food is awesome along with the drinks. As a bonus there is sometimes someone playing live music who is always great. What a awesome combination of Ambience, food, music, drinks etc. I would recommend this to anyone going wether it is couples or a large group with kids.

We have been regular visitors here over the years but this was our first visit this holiday to eat. Table wasn't available straight but that wasn't a problem as we had a drink at the bar while we waited.
Shown to our table after about 15 minutes but could hardly read the menu as it was so dark outside.
We both decided to have 2 starters each so my wife went for the shrimp tacos and a Caesar salad whilst I had the 2 lump crab cakes with a Caesar and a side of fries to share. Both were very nice but you have eat them quick before they get cold (a previous reviewer has commented on this but this is not unusual in American restaurants as a rule).
I'm afraid there are much better restaurants elsewhere in Naples and you are paying for the premium location of either Third Street South or 5th Avenue - always a good atmosphere but I'm afraid way overpriced.
Not sure if we will return again to eat.

Is it too much to ask for your food to be hot? Clearly "yes".

Ambience great, waiter service excellent but the main courses were barely luke warm. Sent them back to be heated and one came back even cooler and the other slightly warm. How hard can it be to serve hot food?

Given the other reviews, we were clearly unlucky but very disappointed.

It's great if you can manage to get in. The waits can be very long and the crowds frustrating in season. Any other time it is great. The ambiance cannot be beat anywhere else if you want that tropical islands feeling. Drinks are exotic and the food is usually very, very good.

Made a tentative reservation for 7.30 expecting a long wait but on arrival were shown straight to our table on the patio. Good bread was served and the drinks order swiftly taken. We shared two starters between four and they were very good.
Main courses were good but I felt the baby back ribs were over sauced and a little too sweet.
Great helpful waitress and overall we really enjoyed the evening.
