This restaurant was replaced by Tewksburys (see reviews on their Sunday buffet brunch) about a year ago!

“Still a Great Sunday Brunch for the Money”
Reviewed November 15, 2012

Once again, the buffet chef comes through with delicious made-to-order omelets - supplemented by a wide selection of buffet items including fresh fruit and delicious deserts. For $12.95, this Sunday brunch is a bargain you don't want to miss.

“Always a scrumptious brunch buffet at a reasonable price”
Reviewed February 19, 2012

This was our fourth visit to Bernards at Royal Wood, off Rattlesnake-Hammock Road, this season. They have made a few good changes to the Sunday brunch buffet, including fresh scrambled eggs. There is plenty to eat, and all of it good. The service is attentive and they readily accommodated our party of 20 with reservations.

The only downside (in my opinion) is the single musician who plays a variety of instruments - virtually all of them flat - accompanied by canned music. The fact that I'm a musician and ex-choral director undoubtedly makes me more critical, but fortunately, we were off in the corner and couldn't hear his off-key playing very well. This time, I didn't have to pray that he would take a break (which he apparently never does).
