This is a little restaurant hidden in a strip mall that I wouldn't have noticed were it not for Yelp. It has great French favorites i.e. duck ala orange, beef bourgingon, quiche, escargots run by a very relaxed and friendly Frenchman. We went back twice during our week's stay.

My wife and I went with another couple to Cafe Normandie. It was the first time for all of us.
We thought the menu choices were great. One of us had the Oysters Rockafeller special, and he pronounced it the best Oysters R. that he had ever had. Three of us got the roast duck, and I had the beef bourgognone. They were all excellent. For dessert we split crepe suzettes and a Napoleon. Also terrific. The service was very professional and attentive.
Because we ordered before 6 PM, two of the entrees were free. I don't know how long that is going to last, but the prices were fair to begin with, and paying full price would not be a chore.
Definitely a keeper.

It is variable in quality, sometimes great, sometimes ordinary, never poor.
They do try to accommodate you

Cafe Normandy was recommended by a friend who spends most of her time in Naples. She was right. Great food, reasonable prices, with friendly attentive service. We have been there twice this week for lunch. The manager is very helpful and will make suggestions "when asked". Try their Tomato soup and their homemade breads
