The wife and I decided to try this place based upon other TripAdvisor reviews, and we were not dissapointed. Vacationing this week, we thought it would be a good thing to get off the island and adventure into Naples to see if this place had the right stuff, and it did.
Needless to say, as most oriental restaurants, the menu is extensive, but has several items that you just don't see in any ordinary place. They also have a large selection of combo platters, which are inexpensive and well prepared. They also have a full bar from which to choose, should you be so inclined. We opted to go with the combo platters which come with your choice of soup (hot and sour, my favorite, and it was quite good), an egg roll, fried or white rice and your entree. Standard combo plates from that standpoint.
Our hot and sour soups were excellent. Not quite as good as Szechuan Taste on West Broadway in Chinatown in Manhattan, but the best we've had since we left the Big Apple many years ago. Both of our entree platters were served promptly after the soups were done, and came out "hot from the kitchen", my biggest pet peeve about restaurants. The service was excellent as well, and more that merited a 20% tip.
All in all we would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good Szechuan meal while in the Naples area.
