It started poorly. Three couples met and were shown to a nice table at the back room upstairs. As we sat down, one glass of red wine spilled because the joint between the two tables was uneven. The server clearly thought it was our fault. It was their fault, IMHO, but who cares who was right? Would it hurt their profit so much that they could not replace a $9.00 glass? Here, I am writing about a spot of bad service instead of praising their other attributes. Sniff!
We all ordered from the Early Bird menu, which was excellent. Food was very good, as was the value. The server claimed to be expert on wine, but in a manner that caused us to ignore her. Presentation was better than good. A good evening, but for that glass of red... We have been there several times, and for snow birds, that means something.
