Rarely do you have a dining experience that works on all the important aspects. Service- from the greeting at the door, to the service at the table perfect. Professional, efficient but very personable. Wine- A delicious Sancere perfect for a warm, pleasant evening. Choose to sit indoors. Decor and Music- very tasteful, quite comfortable and sweetly French. The olive oil and fleur de sel salt was a real nice touch of regional authenticity. Then there is the food. Every single dish was perfectly executed and a joy to savour: The beet salad... dreamy, the gravalax style salmon... delicate and tasty, the stuffed peppers... the perfect level of spice. The salad a nice cool touch of freshness to prepare us for what was to come. Ahh the Duck, perfectly boned and crispy with a sauce that was not too sweet. Proved a very nice accent to the delicious duck. The lamb chops, perfectly cooked with rosemary and thyme, delicious sauce that accented and accentuated the flavor without masking it. Ooh la la the lobster, completely deshelled, delicately cooked, in a porcini, truffle oil cream sauce... perfection. Especially for those who want lobster and are uninterested in the effort and savagery it requires. The desserts to die for!I can not wait to return.
