Description: Kelly's Fish House Dining Room has been a tradition since 1953 and is proud to be the oldest seafood restaurant in Naples. Their food is simply prepared and great tasting. This family-owned restaurant is directly beside the Gordon River Bridge, cozily nestled on the east bank, an easy drive from anywhere in town. The casual Old Florida interior with warm cypress walls, knotty pine ceiling and many local commercial fishing artifacts give you a nice down-home feeling. The huge windows afford a great view of the Gordon River. You'll want to try Capt. Hooch's Sand Bar Lounge. This is the perfect place to be on a balmy evening, while enjoying the gentle breezes and watching the boats. Local fishermen tie their boats next to the Combs Fish Company building, the last working fish house in Naples.

What can I say about Kelly's that hasn't been said 100 times! Its a classic, we've been going there since 1983 and love it. The decor is old Florida, the menu stays the same and everything is very good. Good old fashioned salads, a lot of the same waitstaff over the years and usually see the owners when we visit. Pricey but where in Naples is that not the case.

Always look for seafood near the water...and this is the place. Went for stone crab and they did not disappoint. Nice outdoor area and nice wait staff...would return!

We were lured in by the fact that they have been in business since the 1950's. That was a mistake. The Scotch was diluted. The shrimp cakes were tasteless as the was the coleslaw. To top it off, the grated potatoes au gratin upon which the fish was placed were raw. They tasted like Ore-Ida hash browns right from the bag. When I told the waiter, he just shrugged.

Is a little crowded to get to, but easy parking around the restaurant or down the street. They don't open until after 4pm, so plan accordingly as Tin City gets busier. Fried shrimp was excellent. Good portion sizes. Some items were more expensive, like the crab claws, but overall we were pleased with our dining experience. The floor of the restaurant isn't level, which could be an issue with older folks. You get a free sea shell with your visit!

We were looking for an authentic Gulf seafood meal. The hotel mentioned a couple of seafood places, including Kelly's. We looked at the menus and most of them seemed intent on putting sauces on everything. Not really what we were looking for, so we tried Kelly's. It's right on the harbor. Very woody and formica. It's quite large, and when we walked in, it was nearly empty. Not a good sign, but better than standing in line! Apparently we were still functioning on Central time, because within about 20 minutes it began to fill up.
The food was very "old school", unadorned gulf fish; shrimp, conch, grouper, etc. I had the steamed shrimp and my husband had the seafood platter. Both were very good.
It reminded me very much of the kind of place you might have found all over Florida 25 or 30 years ago. I half expected my parents to walk in any minute!
The prices were very reasonable for the high quality. ( I was shocked when I looked at the bill, $3 for a martini?)
Great old fashioned food.
