Spending our last evening of a week in naples with dear friends we chose this charming looking restaurant and their early per fixe menu--mistake! The cold gazpacho soup was unique and delicious. Two people ordered salads that were acceptable but very ordinary. Both the salmon and shrimp entrees were dry and overcooked. The frog legs were declared tasty by the person ordering them and the beef stew rich and plentiful. We twice had to ask for the second bottle of wine that was included. Three times I asked for ice and additional water that never appeared. We were jostled between two waiters--one with an attitude and the other a smartaleck. It was apparent they were fighting between themselves. The patio setting is charming--that and time with good friends was the only redemption. Do not waste your evening here!!

The terrace is nice and the atmosphere and service sympathetic. The owner, from Cannes, is a real plus, Good selection of wine. Get Snails-escargost served nicely contrary to the eponymous and disgraceful restaurant of the same city. I love the real Bourride and its creamy broth .A real one from Séte different of course of the Marseilles bouillabesse. It was very tasty. However the duck was a little overcooked and the Foie Gras mousse to sweet (too American LOL ?) for me. I recommend the restaurant you will have a great time there.

Having thoroughly enjoyed the early special a few weeks ago we went back to enjoy the full menu - and we did!
The Dover Sole and Duck dishes were superb, as we're the two desserts we preordered - the tarte tatin and the soufflé.
A bonus was that, because we had given our details on a previous visit, they had emailed us a voucher on our recent wedding anniversary - so the bottle of wine was free!
The outside space was full and we were initially disappointed we had to sit inside, but the atmosphere in there was very comfortable, with excellent lighting and nice pieces of furniture.

Attractive setting on balcony, overlooking beautiful, quiet, downtown third street area. We made a reservation weeks in advance for a special night with friends. Then, we found all the negative reviews of this restaurant, and thought maybe this was a mistake. We arrived at 6pm, wary and skeptical. We were greeted in a pleasant and respectable fashion, and taken right to the table on the balcony we had reserved. Drinks were ordered, and arrived within minutes. We had pre-planned to order the $23.95. 3 course special (including a bottle of wine per couple). The food arrived timely, and hot, (except my gespacho) which was chilled. The food was flavorful, and fresh. The service was prompt, courteous. and competant. Serving sizes were not large, but we didn't go to this restaurant for quantity, we went for quality. This fine dining restaurant met and exceeded our expectations. Therefor, highly recommended!

We booked a reservation because we wanted to feel the atmosphere of a beautiful Paris. WOW we had a blast with the accordionist strolling around and played French music, we are not sure what days he plays but this was Thursday April 04.
Food was excellent.
thank you
