Lilving in Naples, Fl for past 5 years - one of the very best restaurants in Naples is this one. They have an excellent menu - something for everyone. Service is wonderful, wine list fabulous and pricing very good.

Make a reservation, sit inside and enjoy the meal.
My favorite things: sweetbreads, Steak and Tuna.
The foi gras is also wonderful.
Cheese platter with after dinner drink is the icing on the cake..oh by the way - they make a great apple tart !

We were so looking forward to a “proper lunch”. After reading reviews for Blue Provence we thought we had picked the spot. We each ordered wine served at perfect temp. Then our entrees Steak Frites Medium rare and Nicoise Salad. The lunches came out and my husband cut into the steak and it was clearly raw. The waiter said we could put the steak on my soiled bread plate and he would take it back. Really?? This is how you treat $20 + lunch entrée service?? We told him no we wanted to eat our meals intact and together. So he removes my husband’s meal and leaves mine. Which I should note the salad was served on a warm plate so the lettuce wilted. He returned 3 minutes later and we cut in the middle of the steak still raw. He said you wanted medium that this was medium rare in France! WE know that steak must have been very cold to start and was not rested before serving. We asked for the manager ( who was the chef who cooked the steak) he argued with us about the status of the steak. The steak was removed we were charged for our wine and my salad. So beware the customer is not right and you will not be compensated for bad service and food. Such a shame when you know you will be paying $100+ for lunch for 2 you should have impeccable service and food.

having dined at bleu Provence many times our last two experiences including our most recent Dec, 28th have been very disappointing.
It started at the reception desk at the entrance and continued throughout the evening.
It ended with our being overcharged $20.00 a bottle for two bottles of wine we ordered.
it was corrected with much ado.
it will be a long time before we bring guests or ourselves back to a place that used to have fond memories and good food.

This is our first visit to Bleu Provence, and it certainly won't be our last! We truly enjoyed the camaraderie we shared with the service staff as well as the owners, and the food definitely didn't disappoint! Great escargot apps, and even better tuna and sea bass entrees! Overall, a great experience - we look forward to returning on our next visit to Naples!

This was our first visit to this restaurant and we were impressed with the decor and its Provence feel. It is very pretty. However it is a very big place and very busy. If you are given a table in the middle of the room as we were initially, you will have a bevy of wait staff and other customers walking/running all around you. After we requested a different table, the one we were given was only moderately better. The second 'negative' was the sliced baguette that they serve. Really bland and tasteless Quite surprising that this high end French restaurant would have their customers eat this. A true French baguette is crusty, has small holes in it and is tasty. The third negative is how long we had to wait to see the sommelier. Their wine list is extensive and confusing and we needed some assistance. Their response was to say the sommelier was tied up but that if we gave them some specifications including a price point they would bring us a bottle. We did this somewhat reluctantly. When our first course was served no wine had appeared and we were almost ready to leave. When a bottle of French burgundy was produced we refused to take it and insisted to see the sommelier who quickly appeared and with his assistance we chose a California Cabernet which was very good. Regarding the food, it was excellent. Our party of three had an appetizer, a main course and dessert. Our waiter was also excellent.
