Description: Pazzo! Cucina Italiana is Naples oldest and friendliest Italian neighborhood restaurant. Nationally known... locally loved. There's a reason we're celebrating 21 years as Naples oldest Italian restaurant. We take authentic Italian dishes and add our own innovative twist. It's New World meets Old World, but you get the best of both with warm and fun service and an ambiance that's like coming home. Please call to verify hours and deals/specials - they are subject to change for event days, holidays and holiday weekends. November Early Dining Deal: $17.50 per person with choice of entree and a free bottle of wine for two to share when you dine between 5:30 and 6 p.m.

We have been dining at Pazzo Italian Café for years and it doesn't matter if it is the middle of July, two days before Christmas or Spring Break the food is fresh and hot and the service is top notch! Whether we choose to sit outside and watch all of the 5th Avenue "action" or dine inside with all of the hustle and bustle of the kitchen we have never gone wrong:) If you are visiting Naples and are looking for a supreme Italian experience, try Pazzo Italian Café then stroll along 5th Avenue with your family or sweetie! If you are here on Vacation with children don't worry, Pazzo's is the best spot. The restaurant can be a little noisy (good noisy though) and kids just blend right in. Plus, when we had a crying baby years ago, my husband or I would just walk around outside for a minute with the unhappy gal and 5th Avenue is noisy anyway:) This is a must try:)

We have visited this wonderful spot two years in a row, and haven't been disappointed yet. The atmosphere is elegant and refined without being stuffy. The food is DIVINE. Many gluten free menu options. Homemade fresh pasta. Perfectly cooked quality steaks. Seafood YUMMY! An extensive winelist for all tastes and budgets. Service has always been superb, and the staff are attentive and engaging. Reservations are a must. Not a casual dining experience, but perfect for an upscale night out. Great atmosphere.

My brother had tried to make a reservation for 5 but they wouldn't take it over the phone. For some reason they only wanted 4 or 6, what? We made a reservation elsewhere but went early to see if we walked in if they would give us a table. It was early (even by Florida's standards 5:00) so they we able to seat all FIVE of us. NO early bird because it was St. Patrick's weekend (mind you not St Patrick's day).

The food was Not good. I had pasta and my brother and sister had some type of chicken. None of us were at all happy with the food. Very expensive and service was just so so.

Would never go again and don't understand why they get such good reviews!!!!

The service was awesome and the food was so delicious. My husband had the Tuscano steak I believe it was called with the most delectable scalloped potatoes I have ever had. I had the Margherita pizza which was also great but I wish I had the steak. The tirimisu and canolis were an excellent end to the perfect meal. Would definitely go back again in a heart beat.

We had a birthday dinner at Pazzo.
The small ate appetizers were just right- good eggplant caponata.
Very good pasta dishes...linguine with clams and with crab. The Pazzo potatoes are excellent.
Salmon entree was weak but potatoes made up for it.
Two good desserts- lava cake and berries with phyllo crust.
Our server, Tiffany, was very attentive.
