This is a beautiful restaurant. For lunch we were seated outside on the patio--it was a gorgeous sunny warm day. The outside bar is inviting. The interior (where people are seated for dinner) makes you feel like you are in an elegant Italian villa. Unfortunately, the food was a huge disappointment. We ordered three different salads. The poached shrimp salad consisted of a small mound of dry arugula with a few tasteless shrimp. There were a minuscule chunks of avocado that were tasty. Except for the asparagus, the grilled vegetables were limp. The roasted chicken salad was drenched with salad dressing and the pears were an unattractive brown and limp. Our server was attentive, but acted like she was doing us a favor. If you want atmosphere, this is the place, but don't go for the food, at least don't order an entree salad.

For our last night in Naples my wife and I wanted somewhere special, more than the usual american themed menus and certainly less of the "get you in, get you out" service we had experienced in other establishments.
Having telephoned to see if we could make a reservation and been told they had no vacancies we decided to walk down to 3rd Avenue and try our luck with a walk in. We were indeed lucky and were seated immediately although it was around 6pm before the main dinner rush.
From the moment we sat down the service was nothing short of excellent. All our questions regarding menu choices were answered with what was clearly a good knowledge of the food being served and we were directed to a very good wine from the list for the meals we had chosen. The food was of a very high standard with good presentation. The time between each course was ideal and at no time did we feel rushed.
This restaurant is at the higher end of dining in Naples and is therefore not cheap, but, is worth every penny.

Although you will enjoy the service & atmosphere the food is good but too spicy for most people.
Really wish they would tone it down in all their dishes.

My husband and I had been to Campiellos on a business dinner and loved it, so for my birthday on New Year's Eve, we took my two teenage daughters as well to celebrate!! The staff is so well versed on all the offerings and become a friend during the dining experience! We had a prefix meal, which concerned me for fear of not finding what I wanted, but we were all thrilled with every course!!! Our teenage daughters have eaten with us at many fine establishments, but they were blown away with Campiellos!! The atmosphere is so wonderful and the restaurant itself is beautiful!! The perfect place for celebration or a romantic meal for two!! Make reservations in advance! Behind the buildings across the street there is easy parking!

Went to third street south for dinner and stopped by Campiellos........our waiter, Peter was delightful and knew the menu so well. Peter was able to describe everything on the menu with such detail. Bread and water was on the table within seconds of sitting down .
I ordered the wood fired pizza which was wonderful...my husband ordered the roasted chicken which he raved about.

Food wonderful....service wonderful....we are going back again this week!
