Located in the historic district of Naples in the area where all the people are beautiful and the Bentley's are bumper to bumper, this Italian spot did not disappoint on a Friday evening in January. Our large group (16) arrived and were swiftly taken to our table in the courtyard. Warmed by heat lamps to take off a chill, the place was packed but the service was smart, effective and always present. These guys have been around and know the drill.

From pasta to fish to beef, everyone enjoyed their dishes. The Scottish salmon, unfortunately, sat on the grill a bit long and a lovely piece of fish was dried out and Bone Fish Grill could top these guys. That was the only failed plate.

The wine list is extraordinary. Sure there were some ridiculous prices (some folks will pay these prices...that is why these labels are carried) but the list was super for any diner. Some Tuscan labels you rarely find and we were fortunate to have two fellows who knew their stuff. They picked some stunning wines. If you need help, ask. They are glad to assist...they are not snobs...they want you to enjoy what your order.

This joint provides a grand experience and I must add...the value proposition is excellent. Go there for great food at prices that anyone can enjoy.

We visited Campiello on our last night in Naples. What a great decision. The service was outstanding and the food was even better. Fish was fresh, pizza was perfect, salads were generous. All around great meal.....would go back tonight if I lived in Naples.

It is Italian. The food was outstanding, the ambiance was outstanding and so was the service. I am pretty fussy and rarely give a restaurant the highest grades on all three. But this one gets the highest. Yes it was expensive but some things are worth it. What do they say? You can never be too rich or too thin. I think this is where they coined the phrase. Although I don’t see how they stay thin with the quality of food. We took home half of our appetizer, half of our dinner and half of our dessert.

Fourth visit across two consecutive years. Booked one week in advance for an 8pm on a Saturday night and requested rear courtyard and a note was made. On arrival placed on a table inside immediately adjacent to the kitchen even though courtyard only 30% full. Fair enough, on raising an objection, they changed our table but given that I especially booked early to get the rear courtyard you wonder why you bother. Meal excellent as ever but something is not right with all the staff especially the younger ones? Seems like there is a lack of enthusiasm creeping in which I have never detected before - staff nattering to each other and distinctly disinterested in providing the service I was expecting, and I am English and used to unenthusiastic waiting staff!!. Are they just getting too used to success or just an off night?

This restaurant has a beautiful dining area which is only surpassed by their Outdoor Patio Dining Room and Bar. Although the Ristorante was extremely busy the staff was very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. The food was plentiful while being moderately priced. The food was delivered in timely manner and still hot when it was presented. A must stop while in downtown Naples, Florida even if only for a quick drink. Well done, Campiello Ristorante & Bar !!
