Today was my second visit to First Watch on Livingston in Naples and will be my last. The wait staff was mostly unavailable. We were given our menus and immediately asked if we were ready to order. The waitress offered coffee and took the orders. That was the last time we saw her. After about 20 minutes, our food arrived delivered by another waitress. We had no water, coffee, juice or silverware. We asked her to please bring silverware. She never returned. We politely asked a different waitress to please bring silverware, and she did not return. Finally, we asked a third person for silverware, and she brought coffee and water but no silverware. By this time my husband was eating his salad with his fingers and chuckling. At last, we asked yet another person who did bring silverware. The food was quite cold by then. We did not send it back because It was getting late and we were hungry. Despite it being cold, it tasted good. When we got up from the table to leave, the original waitress FINALLY acknowledged us and came over with the bill. We had eaten at this location a couple of weeks ago and had a similar experience.
I understand all restaurants can have an off day now and then, but twice in a row and a couple of weeks apart is not a coincidence. There are other First Watch restaurants in Florida and the food is usually good. I will dine at First Watch again, just not the one on Livingston Rd.
