“Very good home-made food!”
Reviewed April 29, 2014

From the service to the food - everything was perfect! Fresh warm bread, home-made stuffed Tortellini, very good cuts of meat, amazing tiramisu, good sizes of the meals. It is not cheap but not super expensive either. Would recommend it!

“Cool looking, good service, but execution just so so”
Reviewed April 28, 2014

Cool design / old Italian tavern type of feel. Nice waiter. Strawberry appetizer was interesting and well done. Salumi was very average (and oily). Pizza was poorly executed. Spiedini skewer was interesting, but lacking flavor. Seafood pasta was so so. Seafood pretty good, but again, too oily.

“Good but uncomfortable”
Reviewed April 28, 2014 via mobile

Food is tasty but the atmosphere is very loud so it's not great for a romantic evening. However I was girlfriend for a birthday and it was great. I will say if URT person like me the seats are uncomfortable because the seats are buckeyes wicker without any padding. You'll leave numb.

“Lovely experience”
Reviewed April 27, 2014

Had lunch here on a lovely, warm afternoon on the patio overlooking 5th. We ordered some salads and a pizza to share. The pizza included some less traditional ingredients which gave it a nice flavour and it was cooked perfectly. The server was nice enough to split our salads. The people watching was great and the biggest surprise was how lovely the inside was!

“food is always special”
Reviewed April 26, 2014

Visited 8:45 pm on a late April Friday night. Sat at the bar and ordered the roasted carrot, riccota, beet, etc salad. Really tasty combination of flavors and unique presentation. The Stracci pasta with wild boar, bitter chocolate and grana is also a special combination. It's not a light dish. Tulios offers a really interesting menu. Servers, bartender- everyone seems happy and hard working. Only complaint is drink price. Next time I will skip the $12 Mt Gay rum and coke.
