This is our favorite place to stay in Naples--bayside room, balcony, small kitchenette, walk to shops and restaurants--pool and tiki bar--we get a good rate with the walk in coupons--pizza and ice cream next to the dock, and a neat ships store
check out Grouper and Chips in the plaza up the stree on RT41 for excellent grouper, decent price

Room Tip: get a bayside room on the 2nd or 3rd floor

We had not booked in Naples and drove for about an hour and were just giving up when we found this place. As mentioned in previous reviews, these are condos owned by individuals so each room must be different. Ours was absolutely delightful, small balcony overlooking the water, and with excellent furnishings. Very affordable also. The reception was welcoming and friendly, even though it was 9 pm! Would definitely recommend this place, it is close to everything, and for Naples,is about half the average hotel rate. Lovely stay, we enjoyed it and would recommend it warmly. Their coffee shop for breakfast is also one of the best I've been to

Room Tip: waterfront

Had eaten in coffee shop many times, but never stayed until this year. Room was wonderful with a great view of the Naples Bay. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants in Old Naples. Will be staying again next year.

Room Tip: Go online and take the tour.

We visit the Cove Inn whenever we need a getaway. The location near Tin City (and Happy Hours), Naples Pier, Fifth Avenue and Third Street make this the ideal location to enjoy the best of Naples. The units are owner owned and vary from unit to unit. Some of the units we have stayed in were dated and others were very modern. But they were all clean and comfortable and had a balcony. The Tiki Bar is an excellent place to meet visitors as well as locals and enjoy a drink or two at very reasonable prices. The Clerk at the Front Desk is always bubbly, welcoming, and helpful. The prices during off season cant be beat! Cant wait to come back!

We had an excellent room, two double beds, well-decorated in a Key Westy feel. Loved it. All rooms apparently have views of the beautiful dock; walked everywhere because so much is nearby. I would definitely stay here again. It's not the Ritz, but it has a charm and ambiance I've not seen in too many places - most are so cookie cutter in their designs. This is special.

Room Tip: I wouldn't be afraid to just plain ask. I believe all rooms have a view of the dock.

If you're in Naples and want value for your vacation dollars, Cove Inn should be your choice. The hotel is beautifully situated on Naples Bay with wonderful views from the rooms(choose an upper level) and with easy access to beaches and shopping. The on site Boathouse Restaurant is excellent. The cafe is greasy-spoonish but in a good way and serves a tasty breakfast. The bathrooms are truly a design fault and prevent this otherwise wonderful hotel from achieving the highest marks. For large people or for the physically challenged, they would be very uncomfortable.

Room Tip: Choose an upper level so that the view is unimpeded.
