Its getting a little older, but still a very pleasant place to stay. The room was kept very clean, which is important to us. We stayed for 3 weeks in January and would do it again. It is in a great location, with two most enjoyable restaurants on the property as well as an OK coffee shop for breakfast and lunch. The Tiki bar was also enjoyable. It is also walking distance to several other good restaurants. All of the staff we met were very pleasant and helpful.

Room Tip: There is a great variety and individuality in the rooms since they are privately owned. Choose a ro...

Just spent three nights at the Cove Inn, and we absolutely loved it! The room was nicely appointed and just to our liking. Very comfortable and great view! The coffee shoppe restaurant was perfect for breakfast...no need to look any further in the morning! Would highly recommend!

Cove Inn has a great location fronting the harbour, where you can watch the marina and dock activity all day long from your own shady deck. It is an easy walk to the chi-chi shopping and dining areas on 5th Avenue to the North and 3rd Street to the west. There is also a water shuttle that stops right at the hotel, and runs all around the harbour every 45 min., with stops at Tin City, BoneFish, L'Orient and others. The very fine beach and Naples Pier is about a 10-15 min. walk away.
Each suite is individually owned, and decorated at the discretion of the owner. Ours was quite tired but I peeked in to a few others during housekeeping, and they looked lovely - so best to ask when booking. We were glad to have a kitchenette, although in need of an update. There is a lovely pool, but we were surprised the pool-side bar offered no frozen drinks. Fortunately there are other bar/restaurants at either end of the property. We would definitely stay here again, but I would ask for an updated suite.

We stopped in Naples for 4 days on an extended Florida road trip. We had booked the Cove Inn on Naples Bay based on extensive research of the Naples area and reviews on Trip Advisor. We were not disappointed. The Cove Inn fronts on Naples Bay in a mainly residential area of the city. The Inn is located an easy walk to many fine shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue and also the Naples city beach and fishing pier. The Inn's rooms are obviously privately owned and decorated condominiums, but from our experience furnished and maintained to a high standard. The balcony of our room looked out on Naples Bay and the sailboats and fishing boats docked at the resort. Our first room was simply but tastefully furnished with all required amenities including a microwave and refrigerator. During our stay we had to move to another room which offered a complete kitchenette. Our only reservation about the room was the size of the bathrooms in both units which we would consider quite small. Our second room had a large tile shower, however, which was much better than the tub shower combination in the first unit.

The other thing which distinguished the Inn was the great service staff from the front desk to the bartenders at the onsite tiki bar to the housekeeping staff. We were always greeted with a smile and a welcoming attitude.

In addition, the Inn has one of the best breakfast spots in Naples on site in the lobby. We ate there two mornings and had some of the best breakfasts of our two week trip through Florida. I will remember the pancakes in particular as some of the best I have ever had anywhere. Many locals seem to make a special trip to the Cove Inn just to have a great breakfast.

We had a great time at the Cove Inn and will definitely return there if we ever pass through Naples again. The place is a great value in an expensive city and offers everything we couild wish for in a bayfront resort.

Having just left -20 temps in Canada, arriving here and being upgraded to a larger unit overlooking the marina and beautiful boats was a little slice of heaven! We were only here for 1 night but will definitely be back and will stay longer.

Based on the recommendations on TripAdvisor, I stayed here while visiting Naples. Had an attractively decorated room overlooking the marina, away from the hubbub along the Tamiami Trail.

Front desk was very helpful when approached. Easy walk to various restaurants and there is a coffee shop for breakfast and lunch just off the lobby.

Room Tip: Most rooms face the water and are only slightly more expensive than others.

A nicely situated hotel overlooking the bay, the Cove has large, clean rooms and many have a waterfront aspect. Parking is ample
There are restaurants and bars in situ and a cafe providing excellent breakfasts, the Cove is also a stop on the water bus route which enables you to hop on and off around the bay!
Reception can be a little too' laid back', a request for stamps was met with directions to a post office despite the offering of that service but, overall, very nice indeed!

Room Tip: Ask for an 'amienity' room, $10 or so extra but gives you a kitchenette and other homely tou...
