We stayed for two days and had a great time. The small condo we had was loverly, with a kitchenette, dining table, couch, bed and balcony. Lots of food options and it was just wonderful to watch the boats bobbing on the water in front of our room. The only problem we encountered was when we checked out on sunday morning and the woman on the desk was brusque to the point of rudeness. She really needs to develop a customer service attitude with a dose of civility and even a smile might help. I appreciate she may have been busy but needs to remember that its the customers who enable her to have a job, so being civil and pleasant would go a long way to her retaining it

Room Tip: Upstairs is best

I was really surprised at the rooms. Very clean. The building is old but they have updated at much as possible and it is really nice clean place, exceptionally placed in the center of resturants, shopping and The Bay. Nice Tiki Bar and nice pool. VERY reasonably priced! I would definately stay there again.

Room Tip: Not luxery but definately very nice to stay at.

These condos are down by the harbour with excellent views over Naples bay . The rooms are all individually owned , so all are done to a different standard. Ours was on the first floor plain white decor, clean but getting dated. It had a full kitchen with microwave but very few utensils, cutlery or crockery. The floor was ceramic tiled with vertical blinds hung over the full patio window, these kept falling off whilst accessing the balcony. We had a large king bed which was comfortable and there was plenty of cupboard space , table and chairs. The balcony also had a seperate mosquito netting door this and the balcony doors kept coming off the runners but were easily refitted.
There is a laundry room at the end of the first floor , which is reasonably priced and a fully stocked library about half way along .
Chickies bar sits on the quayside and is run by some very pleasant ladies from early afternoon until 10:00P.M everyone made us feel welcome.
To either side of the property are restaurants but if you want to go further afield the water taxi takes you downtown and runs from midday until 9:30 P.M it only costs $5 for the day and even pulls up to the bar if you wave it over.( well worth the 45 minute round trip.)
For breakfast , the shop cafe is just off reception, run by some fiesty older ladies who have a great sense of humour and also serve up a good breakfast.
Downtown is only a few blocks away approximately a 10 minute walk and 5 minutes more you can be at the beach and walking along Naples pier.
There is ample parking on site!

We spent our last 4 nights of a holiday in Florida here and after some awful weather the sun finally came out for us as we arrived. When I opened the door and saw the lovely spacious room and the view from the balcony it put the biggest smile on my face.We loved sat with a bottle of wine on a night totally quiet it was perfect. The facilities in the room were ideal for cooking a basic meal(no oven). There were chairs for you to take to the beach which we found useful. Also pool towels at reception free.It was a little further than I expected to beach, main shoppng and restaurants area but we like walking so it wasnt a problem to us.

Room Tip: Pay extra for a room with a view, there were a few which faced the carpark.

Stayed here for 2 nights early June. We had a delightful view of the marina and our overall experience was excellent. The room we had was perfect with a mini kitchen with everything you could need and we found the staff pleasant and accommodating. Tikki bar was friendly and the Inn was in an ideal location within walking distance to all that Naples has to offer. Best bit was seeing dolphins off the pier.
