“Excellent Long Weekend Getaway”

What a great value - so clean, staff was so friendly, & everything you could need in walking distance. On site property restaurant was great, the Chickee bar had super friendly service and drinks were not overpriced. Pool and entire property were spotless. Took (less than?) a mile walk to the pier on the beach and saw dolphin right in front of us. Downtown 5th ave is super close too. I will definitely be back!

Stayed here for the weekend of May 14th. Was pleasantly surprised by just how perfect it was. Our room on the second floor looked out over the marina. The room was small but served our needs perfectly...There's even a little fridge, microwave, dishes, etc. if you need them. My only complaint was that every single time we opened the door to our room, there was a "funny" smell. Never could put our finger on what it was but all i could think of was cat pee....Other than that, everything was perfect. Had dinner at the Dock our first night which was great (those two for one happy hour margaritas KILLED me!) Dinner at the boat house the following night. Had cocktails at the tiki bar, too and had a really good time. Breakfast in the little coffee shop in the lobby was so so. Had to wait quite a while and it was just average.
All in all, I'd definately stay there again.

Friendly staff, excellent location directly at the marina, pool with tiki bar, free wifi, two nice restaurants nearby (we had dinner at The Dock) - what more do you want? Would go there again.

Location was wonderful with view of pool and boats in harbor. Parking plentiful. Two good restaurants closeby (The Dock and Boathouse). Very reasonable rates. Units are owned individually so are different from each other. Only problem in our unit was difficult to operate vertical blinds on sliders to deck. Otherwise, unit was fine.

Stayed here for two nights. Room overlooking marina with patio. Lovely views across bay and great location for dining. Had a great meal at the Dock Restaurant just a few steps away from our room. Although hotel and restaurants busy there was no noise once patio door closed. All amenities provided. Room very clean. Breakfast at the Coffee Shoppe downstairs is outstanding. Staff very helpful in despatching my left behind laptop! Hotel on tourist bus route - 2 hour journey which was very interesting but you could hop on/off at any stop. Would definitely stay here again.

Super clean. Quiet and convenient. We've seen just one youngster, no spring breakers. Great breakfast place, restaurants and chickee bar on site. Shopping and beach within walking distance. Yes bathrooms are small but positves FAR out way that. We'd rather have the space outside the bathroom. Mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave big help in saving money as Naples is expensive!

This is a no frills kind of place. The rooms are straight out of 1960, but clean and a good price. GREAT location, right on Naples Bay marina.
