Well.. the bad reviews I read are true! Upon checking in our carpet didn't even look vacuumed. Our phone didn't work.. we asked front desk to fix it and they never did. Our safe was locked open so they had to come fix that to. There was MULTIPLE cockroaches in our room which is disgusting as well as copious amounts of sugar ants. If you skip housekeeping service for one day your room smells like cigarette smoke and this place is supposed to be 100% smoke free. Our bathroom door doesn't shut properly. We were promised that our room is on the quite side of the hotel and it's by the airport and all you hear all night is planes landing and taking off. Our air conditioner sounds old and is super noisy. The bed is hard and the pillows are flat. I do not recommend staying here if you are here for a week, spend the extra money on a decent place.

My friend and I stayed here for a night thinking it would be ok, despite being cheap, old, and not the best looking. Checking in was fine but we were told the pool was closed, and it was like 6:30 PM. So we scratched off swimming from the list. The pool was completely fine looking when we went past it. Later on, around 10 PM we went downstairs to the vending machine for a snack. Barefoot screaming kids were running around, up and down the stairs all throughout the hotel!!!! This went on until we woke up at 8 AM. A man wearing all black kept pacing the hallway upstairs which out room was located on and he didn't leave for hours. Went out of the room and saw him in a different hallway. We were so happy to leave and that we weren't killed in the middle of the night!

Don't stay here. It was very shady and super cheap. It didn't feel safe at all and a noise kept coming from the wall in the bathroom randomly.

I am pleased to hear that the check in process went well and do apologize but I believe you may be referencing the spa as we were getting a new heater put in. The pool hours are from 6am-10pm.

We are a large hotel and at times there may be some noise from other guests and our staff is always available to address any issue that may come up. We also have an overnight security guard that patrols the whole hotel and parking lot throughout the night. Maybe that is who you saw as his uniform is all black.

Our security of guests and employees are always our priority. Please if you have any concerns call the front desk as we are here 24 /7.

Expected more from a Red Roof Plus. The web site said new remodeled, but it still had a seedy feel to the place. Upgraded to a Superior room which was supposed to have coffee service, but the only coffee was in the lobby. The room was mostly vinyl tile, but the area rugs looked beat and dirty. The A/C unit was very noisy, but worked. We stayed here because we had a dog, but even he didn't appear to be comfortable. Next time we will try the La Quinta.

Thank you so much for visiting our inn and taking the time to share your comments with us and others. They are very important and gives us an opportunity to enhance our service.

Not knowing what room you were upgraded too, as we have many different room types that come with different amenities: the standard 2 bed room that offers 2 full size beds, the pool side 2 bed which comes with a microwave and mini fridge, superior king room that has a microwave and mini fridge, iron and ironing board, and a coffee maker, our 2 room suite that has a bedroom with 2 full size beds, a sitting room with pull-out sofa, a full kitchen, and screened lanai, and also since we are a plus property we offer premium rooms in both king bed and 2 full beds that comes with a microwave and mini fridge, iron and ironing board, and a coffee maker, a welcome snack box, and upgraded linens.

I do apologize that the carpet seemed dirty and that your ac was loud. We do routinely clean them as well as check the hvac's. Sometimes it is just a simple adjustment on the a/c cover to keep it from rattling.

Our staff is always willing to address any concerns that a guest might have any time.

We do hope to see you again and hope that you give us another opportunity to serve you better in the future.

Terrible experience!
I wasn't expecting too much as it was short trip last minute but the roaches, smell, weird sounds, humidity, the AC that is impossible to control and extremely loudly it's too much...We left.

Stayed here a little over one years ago and I'm happy to say it is just as good. We were here for one night and to enjoy Naples. Large clean room, that smelled fresh, the pool area was also well maintained and some restaurant close to the hotel.
