We came down to Naples to search out a place for next April and celebrate my birthday at the same time. Being Ritz rewards members it made sense to stay here. We were warmly welcomed by Brandon at the front desk. When we booked we selected the Summer Beach Package, which includes American breakfast for 2 adults daily at Lemonia, 50 USD food and beverage credit at Lemonia or Terrazza per night, wireless Internet, 2 beach chairs per night, 1 beach umbrella(s) per night, valet parking. And we took advantage of all the package entailed. Because we were rewards members And we're celebrating my birthday Brandon kindly upgraded our room to a view fm the pool. When we got to our room, Ivan delivered a bottle of champagne and a box of candy to celebrate my birthday. The Ritz touch!! The next morning and act morning after we enjoyed a fabulous breakfast buffet at Limonia. We were warmly greeted by Daniela and Monica and were served with warmth and attention by Danielle, Perry, Dieunice and Floyd. We enjoyed omelettes made by Sarai and another gentleman I didn't get his name. Fresh fruit abounded as well as a wide selection of choices at the buffet, pancakes, eggs Benedict, a Cher special, scrambled eggs,bacon sausage and more. There was also a wide selection of died cereals, granola and yogurt. For those liking cheese and a meats and salmon you old not be disappointed. Of course there was a lovely selection of muffins and breads. A reason to wake up every day. Since we were looking for a place in April, Jill at Concierge suggested we chat with the in house realtor. We did just that and David Critzer as not only informative but helpful. Each morning we headed out and the bellman were on their game, with our name and our car. A big shout out to Tim, Rafe, Marco, Michael, Khol, Jonathan.
As I mentioned we had a great room, but halfway into our stay there was a leak from our room to the room below. So we had to move. However to make up for the inconvenience they put us in a two room suite. Tim helped us make the move which made it much more tolerable. Each night we enjoyed cocktails at Bella Vista Lounge. We had a favorite spot outside by a fire pit and were attended to by Michelle and Shernelle. A grant way to finish off a day. We also enjoyed going to the Beach at the other Ritz. It was only about 10 minutes away and the fire valet parking was accepted there as well. We also enjoys the added amenity of having a beach umbrella which came in handy with the intense May sun. On our last day Isis at the front desk graciously gave us a later check out so we enjoyed a few more rays of sun. We decided to sit on our deck. My husband closed the slider and the next thing you know we are locked out with no cell phone. We shouted to Maia, a pool attendant below and she had Whitney sent up to let us in!!! After that we headed to the pool where Maia and Lionel kept us hydrated and attended to. This is e Ritz at it's best. Thanks for an amazing stay!!

From the wonderfully hospitable check in, where she remembered where we were from and if we had a visited a local spot back in Tampa, to an unbelievably great room, this Ritz property never disappoints. The staff and amenities are second to none. We try to get down from Tampa a couple times a year and every trip is excellent. Highly recommend and will definitely be back. Love the shuttle to the beach Ritz and their pool! My husband has platinum status, so that helps

I have been to nearly 15 Ritz Carlton properties. This is one of their nicest properties. Some very important things to know: 1. STAY AT THIS GOLF SIDE, not the companion beach resort down the road. Both are nice, but the beach side is enormous, commercial and too large. The beach resort is physically beautiful but way, way too large. This Golf resort is like being in Tuscany. The views are breathtaking. The pool is so very zen and relaxing. Extremely well-manicured grounds. There is a shuttle should you wish to go to the beach resort which has many great restaurants and shops. There is just no comparison between the golf side and the beach side. The golf side is beautiful and gorgeous and so relaxing. 2. Food was absolutely outstanding and fresh and delicious. 3. SERVICE makes the difference here. From the second we stepped through the front door until our departure for days later, the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND expectations and made us feel at home. Examples: giving our two year old son toys almost every day. Coming in to our room to see little surprises for my birthday. Pool staff bringing complimentary iced tea each day because they remembered my preference from day one. the lead guest coordinator, Felicia, was expecting our arrival and made sure each day was meeting our needs. Mario, in the lobby lounge/outdoor restaurant was fantastic. The breakfast staff was stellar. Even at the beach side, a front door attendant ran and got my son a stuffed fish toy, even though he was very busy, to make him feel welcome when we pulled up for dinner. 4. The golf side, is kid friendly, to the max. However, elder guests can certainly enjoy a very zen experience, despite he hotel being so amenable to young children. We will be back. 5. John at Dusk (sushi) was the best waiter in town. Ritz needs more like him/ knowledgable of the detail of the restaurant/food and beyond friendly.
I recommend renting a car. You can park yourself Ina beautiful lot for 15$ a day just steps from front door then park free based upon this one time daily 15$ charge, when you go to the beach side. Highly, highly recommend this beautiful property. Only one con- no small store to buy sundries in the hotel itself. Need to visit golf shop or beach side. But that was easily overlooked because there is free sun lotion posted outside the resort and water jugs and water bottles everywhere you turn. A first class ritz property. I hope it never changes. We shall be back!

I have travelled to many areas of the world, and have stayed in all sorts of hotels, including some of the finest 5 star hotels. I have never had a hotel experience like this.

We spent 10 days here. The hotel staff, starting with the first parking valet we met and including every single employee we met (in all areas of the hotel facility), all the way through to Mr. Fabrizio Calvo (who I both spoke with and met with), were the best I have ever experienced. No request was answered with a no or a maybe. Everything was Yes, and what else can we do for you. Every staff member smiled constantly and seemed genuinely happy to help. They even remembered our names. They made us feel truly special.

I attribute this both to the standards set by Ritz-Carlton, but even more so to Mr. Calvo. He clearly is a star, and expects the best care of his customers from his staff. He has obviously trained them well.

Great service! The attention to detail amazed me. Extremely friendly staff and would go out of the way to get whatever you need! I stayed in the club level every elegent and well maintained. I was here for 14 days and seeing all of the kids having a blast makes to is the place for anyone! Single,business,family etc.
