“A very active area of Naples”
Reviewed May 22, 2013

Going out for a stroll, window shopping, poking around in shops and galleries, people watching, having lunch/dinner or a tropical libation, taking in the evening scene -- often in-season with live music -- be sure to include the Third Street South part of Olde Naples.

A number of fine eateries and within easy walking distance of the Naples Pier. Away from the bustle of "The Trail" (U.S. 41) and three blocks back from the Gulf.

Park your car and take a casual late afternoon/evening walk through the area -- it's even a fun place mid-day and a great neighborhood for a light bite. Bordered on all sides by residential neighborhoods and a short drive from the Naples Marina and its small commercial enclave.

“Nice shops”
Reviewed May 21, 2013

Went in and out of a handful of shops. Like seeing Mom and Pop businesses, and not your mall, run of the mill chains!

“A walk in paradise”
Reviewed May 15, 2013

Third street is the place to bee in Naples. Not as crowded and congested at 5th Ave. Many designer shops that have late hours. (Island Company, Tommy Bahama, Marisas..etc)

A must do if you travel to South West Florida.

“Nice dining and overpriced stores”
Reviewed April 28, 2013 via mobile

I was looking forward to our shopping time down 3rd, but was quickly disappointed. The shops are overpriced and only geared towards the older crowd. The restaurants were nice with beautiful outdoor dining areas. We spent maybe an hour walking around. Next time we'll just go for dinner.
