“Well worth the trip!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 20, 2012

We've been to a number of botanical gardens but this is almost the best. Nicely laid out with themed areas of the world. 26N-26S deg of Latitude. Excellent representation of the value of the Everglades as well. A butterfly house, Asian areas, Caribbean areas all linked with nice curving paths. A waterfall that they light up at night for the Christmas holidays also adds to the enjoyment.

“You could spend the whole day here!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 19, 2012

We hadn't been at the Naples Botanical Garden in several years and we were amazed at how it has changed. We took friends from out of town and they were very impressed. After walking around for about three hours we had only seen 50% of the garden. There is so much to see and take pictures of. We decided not to take one of the tours but next time we will and I think we would enjoy it even more. Great for families as well as anyone who appreciates beautiful flowers and scenery. We were very pleasantly surprised.

“Small site with some exquisite specimens”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 19, 2012

This is an easy drive from downtown Naples. Although the gardens are small, there are some beautiful trees, shrubs and flowers. We enjoyed lunch on one of the benches .. just sandwiches from a cart, but tasty and a welcome break to enjoy the peace and quiet.

“A really lovely surprise”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 4, 2012

We went to the Botanical Gardens after it was recommended by a friend, we were very pleasantly surprised. we are spoilt for botanical gardens in Britain and I am not sure what we expected. The garden is divided up into various areas, Brazilian, Asian, Floridian, children's etc and they were all wonderful however the Brazilian and Asian were fantastic, plus the butterfly house was also a delight. this will now be on our regular visit list when we return to Naples next year. it is maned by volunteers and it is immaculate. it has been funded by "local" people and the building is still ongoing, please go and give it a try. it is down Bayshore on the right, after the entrance to Windstar. It was both a surprise and a delight.
