I don't know that for a fact, but it MUST be. It is fabulous. My wife & I had 4 tapas dishes, including the Lentil Salad with Morcilla (Blood!) Sausage. We were fearful about trying this one, but the waiter highly recommended it and he was right. It was a tasty, firm sausage; not bloody at all. We also shared the Shrimp in Garlic Sauce and Pork Skewers Pincho Morun, which is a Spanish kebab. Both were perfectly presented & cooked and very tasty. Our fourth dish was the Calamari served in a paper cone. This was the only dish that we felt was, perhaps, less than 5 stars. It was a bit bland, missing the necessary spiciness.
We chased the meal down with red wine and ended with espresso and the St. James Almond Tart.
What a great meal. This is a special place.
