Owner description: Waterside Shops is Southwest Florida's premiere shopping and dining destination where the finest names in luxury retail and fashionable lifestyle stores are set amid a lush landscape of 30,000 tropical plants and flowering shrubs, a 550-foot-long hand-laid rock wall punctuated by cascading water, and dramatic lighting features. Beverly Hills has Rodeo Drive, Palm Beach has Worth Avenue, and Naples has Waterside Shops. The difference is this is a shopping destination rather than a street, and within it are beautiful seating areas situated in view of artfully designed infinity-edge fountains, with outdoor bars and indoor-outdoor cafes. Thoughtfully, the developers arranged to include Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, Van Cleef & Arpels, Omega, Tiffany & Co., De Beers, St. John, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and an array of contemporary fashion boutiques such as Michael Kors, Lilly Pulitzer, and lululemon. It's not all fashion, though - Swarovski, M.A.C., Pottery Barn, Starbucks, Tumi, Soma, Papyrus, and Barnes & Noble are also in the mix. Waterside Shops' more than 60 shops and restaurants lets you indulge in the extraordinary while you delight in the everyday.

“Great place to dine or walk around, or even shop.”
Reviewed March 16, 2014

We were going to see a matinee performance at the ARTIS-Naples theatre, when we saw a sign that said this way to the Waterside Shops. There are a number of restaurants to choose from and a Starbucks as well as a Tea shop. The mall is outdoors but is mostly covered, and the mall itself is one of the nicest we have seen...lots of pools of water and fountains.

A very pleasant place to eat, shop, or just walk around and admire the beauty.

“Very Upscale”
Reviewed January 20, 2014 via mobile

Small but lovely to walk in. Beautiful water and fountains. Mostly very upscale shops but wonderful for window shopping and people watching.
Some shops for us less upscale shoppers too. Enjoyed very much. Also walking distance from Waldorf Astoria.

“Beautiful Place”
Reviewed January 1, 2014

I visited here during a recent trip to Naples. There are some high-end stores along with some "regular" mall stores. There is a Hermes, Luis Vuitton etc there . The staff in the stores were helpful. There is an Apple store as well. There are some restaurants and coffee/drink stores. This place is a great place just to walk around and people watch. There are several water fountains.

“Decor is Horrid”
Reviewed December 30, 2013

PLEASE, please, please change those tired Christmas decorations. They looked used when they made their first appeared years ago as you revamped Waterside. They are still being used?. The silver has turned to black and gray. They are misshapened and ugly. I'm sure the association can spring for new greenery and keep the pots. Keep Christmas - ditch the ugly, used, faided decorations. They're not getting better with age.
