Review of Waterside Shops

Waterside Shops
Ranked #2 of 48 Shopping in Naples

Attraction details
Owner description: Waterside Shops is Southwest Florida's premiere shopping and dining destination where the finest names in luxury retail and fashionable lifestyle stores are set amid a lush landscape of 30,000 tropical plants and flowering shrubs, a 550-foot-long hand-laid rock wall punctuated by cascading water, and dramatic lighting features. Beverly Hills has Rodeo Drive, Palm Beach has Worth Avenue, and Naples has Waterside Shops. The difference is this is a shopping destination rather than a street, and within it are beautiful seating areas situated in view of artfully designed infinity-edge fountains, with outdoor bars and indoor-outdoor cafes. Thoughtfully, the developers arranged to include Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, Van Cleef & Arpels, Omega, Tiffany & Co., De Beers, St. John, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and an array of contemporary fashion boutiques such as Michael Kors, Lilly Pulitzer, and lululemon. It's not all fashion, though - Swarovski, M.A.C., Pottery Barn, Starbucks, Tumi, Soma, Papyrus, and Barnes & Noble are also in the mix. Waterside Shops' more than 60 shops and restaurants lets you indulge in the extraordinary while you delight in the everyday.

“beautiful shopping mall”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 11, 2013

This is a beautifully designed and immaculate outside shopping mall with plenty of upscale shops. I am not a shopper, but visited with a bunch of shoppers. The fountains, landscaping, and layout make just walking around the mall a wonderful experience. There are a couple good restaurants perfect for a lunch break as well as a Starbucks for a quick bite. The parking is not the best. There is a multilevel garage on the west side of the mall, and valet parking on the east, but the parking area is pretty crowded. The Saks there is really nice with helpful staff. Also, if you're there with your hubby, I would send him over to the Barnes and Noble (which is across the parking lot) to wait. This is just such a beautifully maintained property with a lovely assortment of shopes that it would be my number one stop for shopping (as long as I wasn't looking for a bargain.)

“Nice Place But....”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 9, 2013 via mobile

This is nicest outdoor shopping complex I've ever seen so clean and new looking. Theres also a few restaurants along the outside of complex. I liked Nordstrom and Potterybarn but all the other stores are too upscale like Tiffany's, Lacoste, Burberry, Louis Vuitton and etc...

An amazing agglomeration of top name designer shops. High style, high prices, but fun to visit nevertheless.

“Bring CASH... lots of it! Oh and the bar is gone.”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 7, 2013

Upscale, upscale... to say the least. My wife has been dragging me to this place for years. One time after observing that one store was selling a mans regular polo shirt for $125, I found the outside bar and had a beer while waiting for my wife. I recently returned to find that they had closed the outside bar which left me with NOTHING to do but sit and watch the fountains. So on this visit, my wife said she found a "really nice" swim suit for only $280. YIKES!!!! We passed on the swim suit and found a bar elsewhere to quench our thirst.

“Gorgeous shopping complex”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 28, 2013 via mobile

This is by far the best outdoor shopping center I have ever been. The stores range from Saks 5th Ave to The Gap with a good amount of shopping for every age group. Nice morning outing.
