“Wonderful small open air mall”

Owner description: Waterside Shops is Southwest Florida's premiere shopping and dining destination where the finest names in luxury retail and fashionable lifestyle stores are set amid a lush landscape of 30,000 tropical plants and flowering shrubs, a 550-foot-long hand-laid rock wall punctuated by cascading water, and dramatic lighting features. Beverly Hills has Rodeo Drive, Palm Beach has Worth Avenue, and Naples has Waterside Shops. The difference is this is a shopping destination rather than a street, and within it are beautiful seating areas situated in view of artfully designed infinity-edge fountains, with outdoor bars and indoor-outdoor cafes. Thoughtfully, the developers arranged to include Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, Van Cleef & Arpels, Omega, Tiffany & Co., De Beers, St. John, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and an array of contemporary fashion boutiques such as Michael Kors, Lilly Pulitzer, and lululemon. It's not all fashion, though - Swarovski, M.A.C., Pottery Barn, Starbucks, Tumi, Soma, Papyrus, and Barnes & Noble are also in the mix. Waterside Shops' more than 60 shops and restaurants lets you indulge in the extraordinary while you delight in the everyday.

“Wonderful small open air mall”
Reviewed December 29, 2012

This small but beautifully maintained open air mall has all the finer shops (Cartier, Saks, Tiffany's etc) but many of the standards as well (Gap, William Sonoma, Pottery Barn). If you need to shop in Naples this should be your #1 choice - avoid the larger mall!

“Great Stores, but a little pricey”
Reviewed December 28, 2012

No question that this is one of the best places to shop, but if you're looking for deals, you should probably go elsewhere. They have everything from Nordstrom to Tiffany and it's a nice layout to walk around and see everything.

“Elegant and upscale”
Reviewed December 28, 2012

I really enjoy strolling through the stores here, especially Gucci and Nieman Marcus. This is an open air plaza and many of the patrons certainly dress up to shop. There is ample parking and many of the upper tier stores can be found here. Your Rolls Royce will not be out of place in the parking lot.

High end stores - Boxing Day sales were good and service at Ralph Lauren from a chap called Trenton was fantastic.

“Wonderful Upscale Place to Shop”
Reviewed December 25, 2012

Wonderful stores and some great restaurants also. Just a block south of the Naples Philharmonic. Parking can be tough to find but a new parking garage on the west side of the shops helps. I think it is a cut above the Mercato.
