First of all we made a booking well in advance and were assured that we would have a table near the music. We arrived early, just to make sure the table was near the music. We were greeted by the most discourteous front of house staff we have ever met, they could not be bothered to listen or even talk to us properly and told us it was too bad they did not have the table we had taken the trouble to book. We were put way back on a horrible table with no view of the music so we did the only thing we could = we walked out. Don't know what the over priced food is like but we do know that customer service is way down the list - business may be good at the moment but it wont last without reinstating the fact that without customers there is no business, so don't be so complacent.
