What a perfect end to the summer!! Kim and Soren made us feel like we were in our own home while on a vacation. The Farnsworth is cozy, immaculate, and the breakfast is wonderful. They even packed a treat bag for our canal cruise.

What a great time, I can't imagine a B&B where the Inn keepers care more about their guests than they do here and give you all the privacy and space you want at the same time.
The service was excellent, Kim and Soren put 100% into your stay and happily make suggestions on dining and activities and reservations for you. The room was spotless, the grounds were beautiful, a short distance from downtown, excellent home cooked breakfast, peace and quiet galore. They did a complimentary upgrade for us which was a great start to our weekend.
Thank you to Kim and Soren you are a lovely couple.

Room Tip: They didn't have a pool but there is a hot tub, no room service but I have no doubt that they would run you up something if you needed it.

We stayed at this beautiful Bed and Breakfast and we will definitely recommend others to stay here. The innkeepers made you feel welcome and were very helpful and the service was superb.

The Farnsworth House is a terrific weekend get-away in cozy Mount Dora. The house has been recently renovated- it is comfortable, clean, and the breakfast is amazing. One of the best B&B's we've ever stayed at!

Visiting Mount Dora for the first time, my friend and I luckily found the Farnsworth House Bed and Breakfast for our one-night stay. Innkeepers Kim and Soren were warm, friendly, helpful and attentive. We were treated more as friends than "customers," which really sets the bed and breakfast experience apart from any other type of accommodation. Their home is truly a labor of love and it showed. Everything is impeccably clean and the grounds well-groomed. We stayed in the carriage house in the golf-themed room, which was decorated from top to bottom with all things golf -- the attention to detail was a real delight. Plus books, games and cards for old-fashioned fun; a small kitchen; and an easy chair. It sure was nice to "come home" to the Farnsworth house after a long day of shopping and sightseeing. (We also enjoyed the beautiful 6-block walk from the house into town and back.) Kim's suggestions for dining out and shopping were great. too. We hope to return to this quaint town and book a golf package available through the Farnsworth to try out one of the five championship courses they partner with.
