Captain Dave is charming, add his first mate Sandra and you have the perfect duo. It's a 2 hour tour and they make it fun and informative the whole way through. I find boat tours show you a different view and perspective of the place your visiting. This company has the perfect combination - a great crew and the right balance between imparting information and making it fun.

This tour was a bid surprise. We boarded the pontoon boat to find it most comfortable and started out over the lake, on the way we saw some bald eagles in flight and by their nest.. On the other side of the lake we entered an canal/river where we were treated to and abundance of wild life. The experience was almost magical as we cruised at very slow speed through the Cypress trees looking at a multitude of varieties of birds, turtles, flora and of course the alligators. Our captain was most considerate stopping when a photograph was required. A must for pleasure and for education.

I brought my parents here for my Dad's 80th birthday. What a treat. Being 80, there wasn't very much he wanted to do but he was up for sitting on a boat for two hours taking in nature. We weren't disappointed. The boat was very nice and given that it was a cooler day for them (75 degrees), the Captains had blankets for anybody that requested one. Nice touch. The narration was perfect. Everyone on board learned a great deal. The Captain pointed out a bald eagle and the nest, an 8 foot alligator in the water and many birds. Going thru the canal was awesome. It's something that we had never seen or experienced. I highly recommend this boat tour. I would definitely do it again!!

We traveled the 1 hour sunset tour and after raining all day we were not able to view the sunset BUT the enthusiasm and vast knowledge of Captain Dave and First Mate Sandy the trip was well worth it!

The boat was clean and well cared for. Captain Dave gave the required Coast Guard speech but he even made that interesting. The views of Lake Dora and Lake Beauclair were wonderful. We saw gators and several species of birds including 2 bald eagles!!

You can park for free at The Lakeside Inn and the boat dock is a short walk from the main entrance to the Inn.

We would recommend Premier Boat Tours for value, comfort and interest. We plan on making many more trips and if the weather cooperates maybe we will actually see a sunset!

Unbelievable view of the sunset. Great Captain. Pointed out the bald eagles, blue cranes, alligators, etc. The tour was about an hour. Wonderful experience.
