Visiting in Mt Dora, with three generations wanting to eat together, from age 3 to 67, Italian seemed the easy answer. All of us knowing big city Italian we were leery based on past experience in central Florida.

Easily found PizzAmore (cute outside, simply but pleasant inside . . . would have sat outside except that it was rainy).

The aroma that greeted us at the door was enticing. The menu was simply Italian-American, just what we were looking for. Inventive Antipasto (as skewers rather than the usual flat plate of tired cold cuts .. with an amazing pesto sauce!), not-your-usual-tired old Caesar Salad but fresh greens made vibrant by a great dressing, garlic knots clearly made by hand and love, and a pizza that ranked among the best we have ever had, A healthy respect for the taste of garlic (real, fresh garlic, not powder nor packed in water or oil garlic) left us all savoring the meal and looking forward to our next trip to Mt Dora.

All at a reasonable price, served at a reasonable pace, by pleasant staff.

Great pizza, wonderful service and I can bring my dogs. The garlic knots with a side of Alfredo sauce is a must. The staff is always friendly and attentive. A charming place for amazing food.

Small restaurant in downtown Mt Dora, offering a variety of dishes and beverages; however is well known for their pizza pies, that you can enjoy by; the slice, 12 and 18 inches pies. The texture is very good and as the ambient. You can either sit down inside or enjoy it in the outside cafe. If you enjoy pizza, this is the place to go.

We were disappointed in the taste and quality of the food here. The crust of the pizza was somewhat soggy and heavy. We ended up pulling off the toppings and eating them without the crust. We would not return to this establishment.
