Holiday Inn Express Miami Airport Central-Miami Springs is one of the best hotels I ever stayed in USA because the personnel goes beyond expectation.

If you travel a lot (like my self) you'd agree with me that it is very common to come across with a variety of staff who only run errands, I mean, people who work in a task and that's it.

Around this hotel I did find wonderful persons who made me feel that my needs were the most important objective for the Hotel's Team.

This amazing adventure started with my need of sending packages to the hotel. From the beginning they helped me a lot, and even placed the internet purchases in my room just before my arrival. The first time ever, after more than 15 years of traveling for business and leisure.

Housekeeping service was fantastic. The team was very attentive and well prepared on trying to serve you as much as they can. The Hotel's efforts hiring a good profile personnel lead the hotel to have a stunning service all around the property. Needless to say that the room was very clean and neat.

Breakfast was delicious and enough to be satisfied until you are tire of running errands, shopping or just walking around.

Runners and Golfers? Good news. 3 minutes from the hotel you can find the Miami Springs Golf and Country Club!. A fantastic and safe place for jogging and running around.

So then, the location is also very convenient. Near to the airport and 10 minutes from The International Mall, Dolphin Mall, Home Depot, Costco, Westland Mall, and others!.

Gasoline prices are also attractive near to the Hotel. If you drive from East to West on 36th street, you can find the gas stations with the best price in the surroundings of the airport.

So, in a nutshell, high value Hotel: the price is good, the benefits are more than expected.

Booked the hotel for 1 night w/14 days of free parking while on a cruise.
Room was spacious and clean. A/c did run most of the time, but it was Miami in the summer. Lots of cable channels, a charging station, lounge chair, fridge, microwave, and two pillows(one soft/one firm on both beds.
Bath separate with large vanity, good hair dryer, sizable,soft towels, and shower head with lots of pressure and multiple settings.
Breakfast is decent and if you want something better an IHOP is next door with good food in large portions. There is a 24 hour coffee and tea bar.
Staff was very nice and accommodating.
Did not use the free airport shuttle, but it seemed available "on call" anytime we were downstairs. Port shuttle by Doral was very efficient and cost $ 20pp each way.
Scored a nice parking spot under cover park, lock and take your keys. No issues with the parking.
Area is right next to the airport, so it is not the greatest, but we never felt uncomfortable.

My husband and I stayed here back in February 2017 before our cruise for one night. We arrived early and was able to check in. We went next door to IHOP for a late lunch. Since we were on the road for about a week before arriving and wanted to do some laundry that afternoon at the hotel. (we started before we went to lunch) We relaxed for a couple hours after laundry was done. We decided to go take a walk to look for dinner. We stopped in front of Tom's NFL next door! OMG, so glad we went there. Great food and staff. We signed up for the shuttle to the cruise which was convenient and reasonable in cost. We are booked again next February at this hotel! The hotel is located near the airport on a busy bustling street, but our room was actually very quiet.
