The free shuttle services at this hotel are the best that I've ever seen. They have 24-hour a day shuttle service and use three different size buses, (small, medium, and large). We had a group of 8-people that were staying at this hotel for an overnight before a cruise. The hotel shuttle leaves the hotel for the airport every half hour. We ended up waiting at the airport for 15-minutes, not bad at all. Once at the hotel the driver offered to drive us to the liquor store after we checked in. After checking in our driver was standing there waiting for us. He drove us to the liquor store and waited outside while we shopped. The shuttle to the pier left on time. Awesome!
Enough about the shuttle, we also had a great customer service experience at check-in. Ronald at the front desk was very helpful and really made us feel welcomed. The hotel is not in a great location if you want to venture out on foot. There is not alot going on around the hotel for food/nightlife. We ended up hanging out at the top floor bar. They had a DJ and people were out on the dance floor. Good people watching but also $5 dollar beers. The rooms were pretty clean, bathrooms could have been better. They have window air conditioning units which seemed a little weird but it was fine. We had the $10 breakfest buffet on the top floor in the morning. Alot of fresh fruits and juices. On our last cruise we spent a little extra and stayed at a hotel right off of the ocean. This year we saved a little money staying at this hotel. I missed the ocean and will probably try and get back there next year. I would recommend this hotel to a friend telling them, loved the shuttles and service, hotel was OK.

Stayed with the 'cruise and stay' package. Room was dated but very clean.
Parking was not abundant. I had to move the car first thing in the morning to a better spot so I did not have leave the car in the back for the week.

Hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. I will stay here again.

After a very long exhousting trip we arrived at 11 pm and we were very friendly welcomed by the manager. We received a small box with water and some cookies and chips in case we were hungry. We stayed 1 night in this hotel Altough the hotel is nearby the airport, the room was quit. The hotel runs a shuttle bus to and from the airport.

I stayed one night at this hotel and was quite impressed. The shuttle services worked as advertised, and were well organized. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The rooftop restaurant was very convenient, and the 24 hour cafe is a real plus for late arrivals coming off of foodless flights. The hotel is a litlle older, but they make an effort to keep it well maintained. I was in one of the older sections on the ground floor, but the room was fine. Despite being close to the airport and wedged between highways, the hotel was remarkably quiet. Being located where it is makes it a single purpose establishment, since there is nothing in the surrounding area except for traffic. Watching planes land from the restaurant/bar is somewhat diverting, but since everyone there seems to be in transit mode, the lack of local variety is not that big a deal.

We stayed for 1 night in this hotel after arriving in Miami. Because we had a rental car the next morning we wanted te stay in a hotel close to the airport.
They gave us a room on the 5th floor but the elevators were broken. So we had te take the stairs with all our luggage. Didn't like this because your tired after a long trip by plane (and the time switch)
The shuttle service was good. They took us to the rentalcar company for free.
